Over the past few years, the phenomenon of globalization hasbrought out many development opportunities, shifting Vietnam
to be one of the most dynamic emerging countries andattractive investment destinations.
However, the current workforce is in the lack of internationalworking experience. AIESEC in HCMC decided to separate OGXinto oGCDP & oGIP in acknowledging & equipping Vietnamese
employees with better global exposure.
I - oGIP Manager, therefore, made this report in notifying the potential growth hacking in oGIP & personal capacity to
drive the whole function in achieving both statedquality & quantity goals in the past 6 months.

Supply DemandSupply DemandSupply Research is a difficult researchwhich requires plenty of time in designing,analyzing, piloting & reporting. This will beoGIP's long-term strategy. In the last 6months, we had designed & implementedresearch & analyzed primary data incoming up with three potential marketsare UEH, UFM, & USSH. Since they met themost requirements of GIP (timeline,competencies, AIESEC brand reach), we arepiloting in this promotion peak.Workingspace can be found in HERE
Demand Research aims to acknowledgeinformation & basic requirements of iGIP inAP - the most demanding region accordingto Vietnamese needs. In the research, welooked into the timeline of matching &realization, requirements with the in-depth interview & desk research. In this newpromotion time, we are piloting sub-product of Marketing in Malaysia &Teaching in Japan instead of massivepromotion.The research can be seen in HERE
