Mission StatementServes as the strategic human resources planner and advisor to the Chief of Cyber on all personnel development matters for Cyber and EW. Manages and directs the eight personnel life-cycle management functions for all Cyber and EW Soldiers in the Active and Reserve Components. Serves as the single focal point for all personnel proponent matters affecting the Cyber and EW. Collect and Document the History of the Cyber Branch.
