Nodes are where you store data aboutideas or themes that emerge as workwith your project

Some researchers already have someideas on the nodes based on theirexperience and literature review

Some researchers may create nodesas they discover themes in their data

It is a group of concept that is not yetorganized

It is useful at the initial stage of coding

because you may not know exactly

where it fits in the hierarchical but as

you move further you will findsimilarities between nodes and then

move them into more logical theme.
