NUTRITIONAL FACTS ABOUT JUNK FOODS• junk foods are purported to contain unwanted meat, fats and chemicals.• What Are The Common Toxic Chemicals Found In Junk Food? • The junk food contains various toxic chemicals. Below is the list of common toxic

chemicals found in junk food:

• Monosodium glutamate: This substance is used in the food for flavouring purpose. Excessive consumption may lead to loss of memory, hyperactivity, and several other types of brain damages.

• Artificial sweeteners: Research has shown that there is a direct link of hyperactivity in children in association with increased consumption of artificial sweeteners. The intake of artificial sweeteners should be strictly avoided during pregnancy. Other side-effects may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, depression, and abdominal cramps.

• Colour additives: These are potentially harmful to everyone and found in almost all of the junk foods like pizza, candy, frozen food etc. The uncontrolled exposure to colour additive is directly related to the risk of developing cancer, research suggests.

• Preservatives: Most of the preservatives are potentially dangerous to human health. Nitrate, a common preservative used in canned products, is directly linked to the development of cancer

Notes:• I really see no problem with junk food. Whatever we eat - it should be

limited. Not less not more(well, it wouldn't matter we had junk food in little quantities or none at all).

• And with the limited eating, we need to have some physical work so as to burn calories, improve blood circulation/oxygenation and physical fitness.

• Personally, I cannot have any food in excess amounts, even if it's something I love, I have it in little quantities frequently.. because my tummy gets upset with me if I go against it. :( ...plus, I get bored and satisfied way too easily. And, I have been used to junk food(not JUNK exactly, but snacks rather) since I was small.. I am always hungry ~ fast metabolism I guess See, people like me cannot help but have snacks and junk food is a real treat to taste buds. :D
