Transformed it into one of the leading Research & Development institutions of Indian downstream oil industry, winning several national and international awards for development and commercialization of technologies.

Having 11 patents and over 50 White papers, Prior to joining the Borad of Indian Oil, I headed the Indian Oil Institute of Petroleum Management, and transformed it into a world class Center of Excellence of Management .development.
