Dear friends of Limalama Natural System:

2014 has arrived and with it, new goals to make, new dreams to live

and new projects to be carried out.

I think it is a good time to stop along the way and look back for a few

seconds the path already taken; we also look forward to observe and

confirm that we are on the right path, a path full of future, dreams,

hard work and great joys.

Natural System has not stopped around this time of growth,

overcoming problems that have been found along the way and fighting

to be better every day. It's time to thank every one of the teachers

who trust their work in this organization and every effort to become

better every day.

It’s difficult to overcome the tough moments, but with everyone's help

we are stronger.

Friends, never forget to stop along the way to look back and see all

we have come together, and of course, look forward to keep that

future in mind, our goals, our projects and all the dreams we want to

live.

Thanks to everyone who every day make it possible and keep beating

the heart of Natural System.

Tu'umanao "Tino"

Tuiolosega (also written

Tumanao Tuiolosega) was

the founder of Limalama, a

Polynesian martial art. He

was born on July 2, 1931 in

Utulei, Tutila, American

Samoa. He was the only child

of Tu'umanao Tuiolosega,

King of the Island, and

Pomele Olosega Sapo and

grandson of the last king of

the islands of Samoa,

Tagaloa Tuiolosega.

He was the king of the

Olosega Island (Tuiolosega

literally means King of

Olosega). As the son of a

Samoan Royal family and

grandson of Tuiolosega

Tagaloa, was trained by his

father and uncle in various

self-defense techniques.

The trained techniques were

restricted for their

transmission between

members of the family and

considered sacred. His uncle,

the one who most influenced

him in his studies, worked

extensively with him in

knowledge of the underlying

concepts of these

techniques.

In 1950 served in United

States Marine Corps,

participating in the Inchon

landing in Korea. He was

decorated and received a

mention.

Tino was chief instructor at

“Bare Hand combat training”

For Marines and Naval

personnel and practiced

boxing and judo.

As amateur boxer, he

performed 135 fightings, 108

of which were won by KO. He

won several titles as “All

Pacific Inter-School Boxing

Conference”, “All Far East”,

“Pacific Inter-Service All”,

“All Armed Forces”, “Pan

Pacific”, “All Marine”,

“Fourteen Naval District”,

“AAU” or “Eleventh District

Championships”.

Throughout his entire career

Tino Tuiolosega studied

several martial styles and

self-defense systems such as

Aikido, Judo, Ju-Jitsu and

Kenpo Karate. In addition, he

also practiced the styles

Choy Lee Fut and Hung Gar.

Tino Tuiolosega was the

founder of Lima Lama

(literally "hand of wisdom"),

which later transferred to his

son Rudy Tuiolosega.

Limalama is a martial art

originating from

Polynesian islands,

characterized by the use

of grips, dislocations,

broken joints or

management techniques

with knife and stick.

Limalama collects many

martial arts techniques,

mainly from the

Polynesian style of

fighting, called “Lua”. His

founder, collected,

selected, reviewed and

adapted techniques from

13 Polynesian styles and

other martial styles, for 11

years, before creating a

new more complete and

modern system focused

on self- defense through

the effectiveness.

In 1970´s continued his

career instructing martial

artists and full Contact

professionals.

He was graduated in law

in 1979 by the School of

law of the University of

Irvine. Also, participated

as technical supervisor

and fights choreographer

in several TV series and

the film Seven, in 1979, in

which faced to Ed Parker.

He coached to important

figures in martial arts

world and was called the

"father of modern Self-

Defense ".

Tino Tuiolosega died the day 22 March 2011,

79 years,

in Santa Cruz, California.

From Natural System Limalama we make this small tribute

POLYNESIAN MYTHOLOGY (PART 1)

The God from Polynesian

mythology, despite the

smallness of his stature

who apparently was, was

not afraid to anything or

anyone. It was endowed

with magical powers.

Approximately, twenty

stories were written about

his exploits, showing him

as ingenious, brave and

womanizer.

When he was born,

Taranga, her mother,

wrapped it with a lock of

her hair and threw it into

the sea because he was

born premature (this

people in ancient times

had some habits which

we consider very

barbaric). But then, an

ancestor rescued Maui

from the sea, returned

him to Earth and to his

family. His mother

accepted this prodigy and

called it “Maui tiki tiki a

Taranga”, which meant:

Maui formed in the

highest bun of Taranga.

According to the legend,

the best-known feat of

Maui was the creation of

the Pacific Islands in

which currently live

Polynesians. Islands, he

caught from the bottom of

the sea with the help of a

magic hook. According to

the Maori people of New

Zealand, Maui caught the

Sun with a noose and hit

it with his invincible

weapon: the jaw of a

female ancestor.

As a result of the brutal

beating, the Sun was so

weak that only could drag

on its own course,

prolonging the duration of

the day.

The people of Tonga say,

that sometimes the sky is

dark because Maui used a

poker to raise it. While

Maui was preparing an

oven in the earth, the

Poker snagged in the sky,

which at that time was

much more lower than in

the present and with the

intention of having more

space to work

comfortably, this

incredible hero just

moved the sky.

MAUI,

POLYNESIAN SEA GOD

Page 9: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 8

Hawaiians believe that

Maui intended to impress a

woman, who wished to

conquer, with this feat.

Fascinated by women, his

mother helped him to

succeed in countless

adventures.

The two most popular

stories of Maui are big

crimes committed by him.

One of these stories says

that stole from heaven a

celestial chicken to get the

secret of fire that she kept.

In the other story, Maui

tried to defeat Hine-nui-te-

po, Goddess of death,

taking advantage when he

found her asleep. But he

could not get it because

the song of birds awoke to

the goddess, who pulled

the body of this legendary

hero, until kill him.

Hawaiians say “blood of

Maui gave the color to the

shrimp and the Rainbow”.

ALBERTO J. LÓPEZ LEO

I started my studies in Martial Arts at the

age of six, the only activity in such times

was Judo, a sport that caught my interest

over the years.

In 1989 I left my studies in Judo with a

brown level. About that year a sport

called Limalama arrived to my locality.

From then and now on is the sport that I

have been mostly engaged with and in

which I have based my martial philosophy

and has marked my life.

I have practiced other sports:

-Full contact.

-Capoeira.

-Karate Shoto Kan

-Kiokushinkai

-Jiu – Jitsu

-Sambo

-Police Self-defence.

But I have dedicated my life to the

teaching of this noble sport that is Lima

Lama. To me is a matter of proud being

able to share my knowledge of what I’ve

learnt throughout my life and share my

experience within this Martial Art.

I’ve also been privileged in having along

with my brother the last technical

program that Tino Tuiolosega’s (founder

of Limalama) developed in Santa Cruz,

CA.

I’ve shared training with the most

distinguishable professors of Limalama,

to mention:

Jorge Vásquez Ceballos. (9th grade).

Nivardo Sánchez. (9th grade).

Joshua St Ives. (7th grade), among

others.

I’m internationally certified by the

authentic founder of Limalama, the

Grand Master Tino Tuiolosega’s R.I.P.,

established in paper and I feel honored

to share this program with all the

community of Limalama in the world.

Limalama Natural System

is a project over ten years

ago, the goal, was to give

stability, formation,

structure and basis to

Carlos Becerra Garcia

program, Limalama

master. Program that was

brought from Santa Cruz

(CA), firsthand from the

founder of the system, Mr.

Tino Tuiolosega.

We tried in the beginning,

to reflect this idea in the

first Spanish Federation of

Limalama, that was

created at that time and we

thought that it was the

ideal way to show the

principles of this new

program.

It was not easy to create it,

but, with the help of

colleagues who believed in

this project, was founded

the Federation, of which

we are currently founding

members, but as of today

we do not share the same

path.

The second step, was to

give maximum coverage to

the system and teachers,

for it, was necessary to

structure a technical and

pedagogical basis. As the

program we received was

unprepared, It took several

years to understand where

it was going and what

should be taught first.

Until these bases were not established, could not be

Page 21: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 20

teaching a Limalama

quality.

Once that the program had

structure, we had to show

it to the world,

unfortunately, who have to

be ahead of this project,

opted to retire himself and

let the new generations

continue. We are very

grateful, master Carlos.

Logically, and with the

program in our hands, we

had to decide what would

be the best way to reach

people and convey the

entire system firsthand, so

was born the Natural

System Limalama

Organization. To achieve

this, we created a website

where you can access to all

kinds of information

regarding the history of

Limalama in general.

In the website, we offer all

the information regarding

Limalama system that

currently is being trained,

which we have called Santa

Cruz system, honoring to

all Limalama teachers who

work with the style which

structured the teacher

Rigoberto López, and so

many others who work also

with this style.

We have been already,

more than 25 years

working with this system

with great success, as we

believe it is more dynamic

and in constantly

developing. Master Tino

left us principles, bases

and a chain of technical to

study, work and develop

them within an established

framework.

Natural System Limalama

is currently international.

We have presence in

various countries such as

Mexico, Spain, England

and Germany. We are also

aware that this system is

working in United States,

and we would love to

contact with the teachers,

exchange views and share

what for years has been a

commitment and our

passion.

Supported by the most

prestigious organizations

around the world, our

degrees have international

recognition and provide

guarantee to our teachers.

We must not forget our

Adviser and personal

friend Master Joshua St

Ives, who agreed to

sponsor this organization

and is our goodwill

Ambassador.

We are aware that this

organization is the only

one that is having impact

at national and European

level. Statistics show us as

the first organization in

Europe in expansion, what

makes us work with down

to earth and have a closer

engagent with our students

and coaches.

Page 22: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

We are dedicated to extending this program and at the same time carrying the name of

Limalama everywhere possible, from the professionalism, seriousness and transparency

that characterizes us.

My name is Sandra, I

began to train Limalama at

the age of 6 years old, I’ve

always wanted to follow

the steps of my professor,

and nowadays I am the

instructor of children

groups.

Starting this new path in

my sports career, has

allowed me to grow, learn

and improve as a person, it

has also allowed me to

observe, study and look at

the children’s lifestyle in

the nowadays and the one

from time ago.

The children used to go

out to the streets to play

with their friends until late,

they would enroll to every

after school activities as

much as they could, they

made the most of their time

socializing and getting

along with friends…, this

caused the children had a

good physical

development. Today they

just want to be at home

playing videogames or

using the computer, there

are less children that

practice a sport and health

issues have arisen due to

this cause, they don’t

socialize with their friends

as they used to, now they

prefer to do it through

social media, which make

the children worse in

reading, writing and

speaking, increases school

failure, violence and

harassment.

The practice of any martial

art helps the children in

concentration, creating

habits that help in their

studies; respect and

education, making them

more sympathetic to

others, creating positive

attitudes towards the

society; confidence and

self-assurance, making

them feel capable to face

any day to day situation

and fitness, giving their

bodies the flexibility and

encouragement that will

improve their physical

condition, reflexes and

motor-skills that favor their

development.

When an instructor

devotes his time to teach

this beautiful art, the best

reward that can get from

his students is looking at

the gradual progress

they’re getting, improving

and achieving their goals,

but specially looking at

them enjoying what they’re

doing.

Javi (8 years) : This is a

sport where you learn skills

to defend yourself have fun

and meet new friends. During

the trainings, we repeat the

techniques to fix mistakes;

we have rules and learn to

respect them.

Alfonso (5years): In

Limalama we learn to defend

ourselves, play with friends

and we have to take exams

to get higher belts. In class,

we have rules and make a lot

of exercise also.

Daniel (7years): We learn

techniques to defend

ourselves; we do a lot of

exercise and train elasticity.

We make new friends and

play.

David (5 years): We learn to

defend ourselves; we wear a

black kimono with shields,

and a belt. We also learn to

follow the rules, not to

misbehave, listen...

Lourdes (11 years): It is a

martial art of self-defense; in

the shield appear several

symbols that each one has a

meaning, two animals, a tiger

and a jaguar, a kind of

rainbow that represents the

different belts from white to

black. To become black belt,

you have to train hard, learn

many techniques and pass

exams...

Humberto (15 years): It is a

martial art in which you learn

to defend yourself through

several techniques. These

techniques always suit you.

We pass exams to change

the belt. Limalama is a fun

discipline and is really fine.

What it Limalama for kids?

Question made pupils of Natural System Limalama Junior

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 25

Abraham (11 years): It is a

martial art of self-defense;

we learn techniques, relax

ourselves, train our body

elasticity and have fun.

Cristian (7 years): Self-

defense where we learn

techniques from different

styles to defend ourselves,

we do plenty of exercise,

train fighting techniques and

then go to competitions.

Nacho (12 years): Self-

defense, in which we learn to

defend ourselves with

punches, kicks, blocks ... It

teaches respect, and

education ... We wear black

uniforms with shields

(Limalama and the

organization one).

Ángel (7 years):martial art of

self-defense, in which we

learn kicks, punches, blocks,

we do exercise. The events

are cool because we met a

lot of people and really enjoy

it.

Lucia (12 years): It is martial

art of self-defense

techniques. We learn to

defend ourselves; we make

exercise and help us learning

to relax. Sports group get to

make new friends.

Pablo (7 years): ): It is

wrestling team, we learn

kicking and punching, you

have to do a set and learn

techniques; we make

warming and stretching

exercises. In kimono we took

two shields (Limalama and

Natural System) and our

country flag.

- DEFENSE AGAINST TWO PUNCHES

*CONCEPTS: With the right training a

devastating effectiveness can be achieved

to smash bones or vital points. You can

throw a punch with the fists, inner or outer

side of the hand, fingers, elbows, knees,

feet, forearms, head etc.

The effect of a strike to a vital point can be

achieved in two different ways:

A. Localizing exactly where

the vital point is, for which strength won’t

be needed.

B. Punching hard to the

closest spot to the vital point. In this way,

the shockwave will affect indirectly. The

latter is the most common in self defense.

1.- The aggressor stands in front of us

with the intention to attack us with two

front punches.

Page 28: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 27

2.- When the aggressor throws the first

punch, we anticipate a “knitting deflection”

(typical deflection of Limalama against two

direct punches) and move towards his

exterior angle of 45°.

3.- The displacement continues until being in

a 90° angle facing the aggressor as we

execute the defense of the second punch.

4.- The arm that is used to deflect the punch

stays in the position to execute the first

attack and the leg controls the aggressor’s

leg causing him to lose balance.

Page 29: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 28

5.- We wrap his arm with our attacking arm,

creating a second control that gives us

double security against the possibility of

another attack from the aggressor.

6.- Low kick to knee joint, causing the aggressor to fall.

Page 30: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 29

7.- Continuation of the attack with knee strike

to his spine.

8.-The attack follows up with control of the

neck and shoulder, causing rupture of

cervical bones. (Performing this movement is

not advised due to high risk injury that it can

lead to).

9.- The aggressor ends up with total

submission on the floor.

started with Karate Do achieving green

belt at age 10. Later I tried the Kung Fu

for a year, looking for a martial art that

was according to my physical abilities.

Finally, in 1988, I started my studies in

Tae Kwon Do achieving black belt first

Dan in the years 1990 to 1994.

Because my studies and responsibilities

as late teenager, I began to work to cover

my university studies, leaving the Tae

Kwon Do in a temporary pause.

In 1997 I joined the Lima Lama Polynesian

martial art; it was, in the year of 1998,

when I took my black belt exam next to

the founder Grand Master Tino

Tuiolosega and master Nibardo Sanchez

Osorio, in Ritz Carlton hotel, Cancun. In

2000, I studied the AG Matrix System

Page 33: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

alongside his founder Albert Garza,

student of Grand Master Tino since 1950;

obtaining a firsthand Lima Lama system

next to the mentioned Masters.

The organization that I lead today is

“Dragones Mayas” and we are united to the

international organization Natural System

Lima Lama of Spain, in which the Grand

Master Tino, in adulthood, taught an

updated Lima Lama. Therefore, together,

with the masters of Spain Alberto Lopez

and Alfredo Lopez, We have agreed and

joined in the teaching and dissemination of

Lima Lama.

I represent Natural System in Cancun,

Mexico in Alliance with Dragones Mayas. I

am retaking my Tae Kwon Do studies, that

for reasons already mentioned, I paused.

Important is not what

life gives you but what

YOU do with it... It is FUNNY how our world transforms.

Some decades ago when I started

learning martial arts in the city where I

live (León, Guanajuato, MEXICO) there

were only a few martial arts

associations, these were: Shaolin Kung

Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Karate Do, Judo,

Boxing (both Boxing and Wrestling were

disciplines only for noble people –

Wrestling or LIMA). As years passed by

and the arrival of teachers to the

Mexican capital we learned different

styles of Karate do, new associations of

Tae kwon do were created (they still

exist, sadly because their teachers are

not inscribed, they are not even black

belt, many of them are only poomse, no

certification or preparation at all),

Capoeira also had a boom after the Only

the strongs with G.M. Marc

da Cascos, and don’t make

me talk about Ninjintsu...

Schools were full and filled

with students.

Nowadays you can find a

remarkable amount of

small groups and not so

organized schools of MMA

where many of the

teachers have NO

PREPARATION, AT ALL!

Here in Mexico we call it

‘chile de todos los moles’

(pepper of every sauce,

meaning that they are

everywhere to call

everyone’s attention).

Personally, I prefer to train

and prepare myself on a

daily basis, not only

fighting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

or Muay Thai, Judo, Boxing

(English or American style)

or any other martial art, but

I look for the teaching of

those martial arts. That

distinguishing approach

that makes us different

from the others. As my

master and teacher of

American Kenpo said to

me once:

The wisdom of …

Page 36: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 35

‘There are exceptional black

belts, but very few good

teachers’. Which one are

you? Which one do you

want to become?

My master of Hwa rang do,

Sabum ni Victor García

Hernandez told me once

while practicing in his

office: ‘The important thing

of what we do here is to

become more and more

professional, prepare

yourself gordo (friendly way

of calling me chubby, and

not, I’m not chubby, not

anymore...), because there

are plenty outside ,but only

organization and

preparation makes us

different’.

The old man was right. It

has been three decades

since I practice martial arts,

I’ve seen hundreds of

partners, schools, teachers,

instructors, pseudo-

instructors and many other

passing by and a lot of them

were good, some were

excellent, other just were.

I LOVE what I want, and I

want this to become a

professional training, and

that’s why I prepare myself.

What about you?

BECAUSE I WANT TO BE A PROFESSIONAL

MARTIAL ART TRAINER!!!!!

Before going deeper into the topic, it is of my interest to mention some of the benefits of a

good warm up:

• Improves performance

• Reduces the chance of injury

• Improves concentration

• Improves coordination and balance

It is normal that when we start training something new or when we become “experts”, we

forget about the importance of a good warm up, that’s why I consider important to mention

these steps:

A. Warm up:

a) Joint movement

b) Rising Heart Rate

c) Stretching and Elasticity

d) Explosive activation exercises

Warm up

The intention of the warm up is to rise the

body’s temperature and your heart rate as

well as wake up the muscle nerves and

mobilize the joints in order to prepare your

body for the training session.

It’s true that in a real situation we won’t

have time to warm up, but, isn’t it the

objective of training to prepare us for these

kind of situations?

Page 39: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 38

Even if it is for a short period of time it is

important to try to achieve the 4 steps of

warm up:

a.Joint movement.

A good advice for this stage is doing it in

an orderly manner; in other words, carry on

a sequence starting with the head to toes

and vice versa. This advice will help not to

forget any part of the body and at the same

time send the signs of order and

concentration to the brain. In the majority

of my classes I usually start with my

students from the head towards the feet

(head, upper back, shoulders, elbows,

wrists, waist, lower back, hips, knees,

ankles).

b.Rising the heart rate

This stage consists of increasing the blood

flow to the muscles, rising the body’s

temperature and heart rate. This is possible

when you work the group of large muscles

(chest, back, legs) with repetitive

movements. My preference here is jogging

with turns to lateral movements, lifting

knees up, taking the ankles to the bottom

as jogging and raising the knees sideways.

It’s common to swap step a) with step b) or

even mixing them. We just need to

consider not doing forced movements in

this stage.

c) Stretching and Elasticity

In this stage is important to get the best

stretching of the muscles and the

ligaments so the movements are as free as

possible, this is important because it will

improve your performance and will ease

your movements. Besides it is considered

to be one of the most important steps to

avoid injuries.

In concordance with step a) Joint

movement, it is advised to have an order

while you stretch. With my students I

always consider the stretching of legs no

matter the planned training session. An

example of a stretching sequence that we

follow is: hamstrings, quadriceps,

abductors and calves.

Page 40: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 39

d. Explosive activation exercises

This is the funniest part of the warm up,

yes that’s it! pushups, squats, jumping

jacks, jumps with knee elevation and so on.

During this stage we work on

strengthening the muscles gradually. It’s

important not to overdo in this stage since

it is still part of the warm up. If you overdo,

then you can’t consider it part of the warm

up and it would become in a different stage

of the training. One of the exercises that I

particularly enjoy in this stage is a

sequence of: abdominals followed by

pushups ending with jumping squats,

keeping the same pace along all the

repetitions.

The warm up is different depending the

situation, the more demanding the final

activity is, the longer the warm up should

be. An advice is to have predefined warm

up exercises for different situations, this

could be really useful for unexpected times

or when you don’t have much time to warm

up: tournaments, grade examinations,

short training and others.

Lima Lama professors have the training

and extensive knowledge of these steps, if

you have any query or need advice in your

warm up get in touch with any of them and

ask for further guidance.

Master Mauro Flores

The first weekend of

February of 2014 we had the

opportunity to travel to the

city of Berlin, the capital of

Germany, where the German

Delegation of our

organization is found and

ruled by Sergio Rivera

Hernández.

We travelled there to

evaluate and lead the

change of degree exams as

well as give a seminar to get

better at their training and

provide tips and keys in

order to improve Santa

Cruz’s Limalama system.

This event is the first of

many programmed activities

during 2014. I must say

thatwe were nervous

because it was the first time

establishing Limalama in a

permanent way in Europe

(outside Spain) and

spreading this wonderful

sport through the whole

continent.

Luckily we also counted on

Mauro, our representative

and direct collaborator

inside UK’s organization,

whose presence gave the

event more weight and

making it a fully European

meeting.

Therefore, we are proud to

announce that Limalama

Natural System has already

two more headquarters in

Europe, with their major

academies in Berlin

(Germany) and London (UK),

added to the one in Madrid

(Spain) makes the biggest

Limalama organization in

Europe.

We cannot forget our

brothers on the other side of

the ocean, whose work is

unquestionable and thanks

to them we also have

presence in the states of

Guanajuato, Cancun,

Tamaulipas, Chihuahua, etc.

All of them together make

bigger this great martial art.

But let’s stay focused:

We were very proud to see

how the students managed

fluently and technically the

Santa Cruz program, despite

the short time the school

has being working on it. In

fact, the exams were highly

technical for each degree

and you could feel the

commitment towards

learning. During the

evaluation their faces

showed the fatigue bit by bit

but nevertheless they found

the strength to demonstrate

their courage.

Page 42: Nº1 kumua magazine digital ING

Www.limalamanaturalsystem.com 41

The exams continued with

normality and left us very

satisfied with the great work

displayed by Master Sergio

and his students. He even

took the exam to graduate

himself in the first degree of

black belt.

Extremely technical and

perfectionist in developing

the technics, I can say we

have more than a worthy

representative in the

German country. Flawless in

his exam presentation, he

showed us how anything is

attainable with hard work

and good training. He is an

example for their students

and it was an honor to

graduate him.

After the graduation and

losing no time, we moved

on to the first Limalama

European Meeting. This

seminar had a total duration

of 4 hours and was focused

in understanding the basics

of the Santa Cruz system

when training. In order to

demonstrate these concepts

all the showed technics are

included in the technical

programme.

We had also two

representatives of two

related martial arts such as

Kempo and Kajukembo, the

first is master 4th dan and

the second is black belt,

great and upright people

who shared with us their

questions and similarities

with the roots of our

discipline.

A lot of information was

treated and despite the

language barrier we had the

feeling that the main

principles were clearly

transmitted and fully

understood. Then the

graduations came, an

intimate and ceremonial,

characteristic act in

Limalama. Emotion, pride

and satisfaction were some

of the feelings that

surrounded us in that

moment.

Personally I think that this

meeting has helped

Limalama to become

established and therefore

Natural System in Europe.

This is just the beginning,

we are confident about the

year 2014 bringing strength

to Limalama in Europe,

although I already think is

strong enough.

Thanks to all people who

has made possible this

seminar and to everyone

who assisted and

collaborated. We return with

new friends, affection and

the feeling that we are right

path.
