Community Inclusion Projects
• Aim to identify innovative practices that promote co-design and community inclusion within the sector – Managed by NDS utilising sector development
funds – 11 Funded Nationally – Majority centre based day services – Report and resources available NDS website

Possability’s Project
Our Challenge Areas of innovation and examples of community inclusion but not disseminating more broadly across the organisation (key person dependent). Our Goal To better understand what systems, processes and staff development led to sustainable, replicable programs.
