How did your experience as a Nether Mustang help you as a High School soccer player?“My experience as a Nether Mustangs helped prepare me for the physical fitness prior to high school preseason. Nether also allowed me to develop into a rounded player and I was fortunate enough to play varsity my freshman year because of it.”What professional team do you support?“I support the Reds of Manchester United.in the midst of a few roller coaster seasons I still have to support the boys in red”Have you maintain relationships with the regional champion and National Finalist Nether Mustang team?“Absolutely, I am still very close with most of the guys that were a part of that team. As we got older and shipped off to college I was fortunate enough to play some of my Nether teammates at the college level.”What role did Nether play in your college recruiting process?“Nether was the platform for me and my teammates to excel on as a team to ultimately have success on and off the field. Most of us played multiple sports

and took part in other activities but the effort that was put forth in committ ing to our team development was very impressive now that I can look back on it. Each parent, player and coach was on the same page and each individual player benefited in the college recruitment process.”As a College athlete what were some of the obstacles you had to overcome to succeed? “The transition on the field was a delight as I went from playing with a talented group at Nether and was fortunate enough to come onto a very talented Boston College team. The obstacles came about after preseason when my schedule went from training twice a day and trying to find a way to recover to not only training everyday but also juggling a 15 credit class schedule. Oh yea and trying to find a way to recover. I had to balance the ups and downs of an intense soccer season with my duties as a student.”

”THERE WILL BE OBSTACLES. THE WILL BE DOUBTERS.

THERE WILL BE MISTAKES. BUT WITH HARD WORK. THERE ARE NO LIMITS.”
