Success – What It Requires
• Attendance at monthly group sessions (2.5 hours)• Attendance at least one mentor-mentee session each month
(2 hours total)• Tracking and measuring your results• Commitment to implementing your strategy
• Meet with mentee at least one time each month (2 hours total)
• Listen, share your knowledge, ideas and experience• Assist by locating resources and assistance• Attend monthly program sessions (Optional)

Will have been in business for a minimum of one (1) year Will join or have an active NAWBO membership for the duration of
the program Will own at least 51% of the business Will commit to a minimum of 4 hours each month to attend
monthly program sessions and mentor-mentee sessions
Will have owned a business for a minimum of two (2) years
Will have a desire to help other women business owners to move their business to the next level
Will commit to 2-4 hours each month to attend mentor-mentee sessions and provide guidance
