Office of Science The Strategic Planning Workshop of NSLS-II, “Exploring New Science Frontiers at NSLS-II”, will serve as a forum for the community to discuss exciting opportunities for further development of NSLS-II, with a focus on the grand challenge questions and research needs in specific scientific fields, the new capabilities that will be required to advance the research in these fields, and how NSLS-II may help to fill in the capabilities gaps by establishing new beamlines, new instruments, and/or new techniques. The workshop program will be organized based on scientific themes, with a blend of plenary sessions and parallel breakout sessions. Participation in the workshop is free of charge. Registration is required. Sponsored by the NSLS-II User Executive Committee (UEC)
