What is the RMDP?
• It’s a 24-30 month comprehensive training program that prepares you to be a knowledgeable sales and service oriented retail banking officer.
• Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll work as a manager for at least 3 years in the branch network.
The Program•3 phases:
1) Customer Service/Operations training (4 months)
2) Sales and Service training (9-12 months)
3) Branch Management training (12 months)
•Classroom training and on-the-job experience

The Requirements
• 3.0 Cumulative GPA or higher!
• Preferred degrees include: – Marketing– Management/General Business– Finance/Economics
• Other degrees are accepted with previous banking or retail experience being a plus.
