•KL Sentral is the first Cybercentre in the country and functions as an extension to the MSC Malaysia to provide more choices and growth to the ICT and creative multimedia industries.

•An ideal location for investments and activities, and will make available the benefits and incentives of the MSC Malaysia status to the creative industry and ICT companies that are based in the Kuala Lumpur vicinity.

•The KL Sentral Cybercentre Management has set up 2 key components to support the MSC Malaysia initiative:

•- KL Sentral Cybercentre - Creative Innovation Centre (CIC)

•- KL Sentral Cybercentre – Incubation Centre (INC)

MRCB Technologies Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the One-Stop Centre for all MSC Malaysia Status Companies located in the KL Sentral Cybercentre vicinity.

Focused to be the reliable and trusted one-stop-centre readily available to attend to your enquires, complaints, suggestions and feedbacks.

Objectives1. To showcase, educate and promote MSC Malaysia/MDeC to the public and

business communities.

2. To provide the missing link in the Cyber Industry that covers a wide range of Digital Multimedia Content.

3. To provide facilities support to the ICT and Creative Community outside of Cyberjaya and closer to the `people’.

4. To get the public participation and to create awareness of the MSC Malaysia, particularly in the ICT and creative content industry.

5. To stimulate interest among young Malaysians (the creative and innovative young minds) to pursue their career in the field of ICT.

6. To serve as a one-stop information centre for the MSC Malaysia/MDeC sectors.

7. To serve as an avenue for marketing of the ICT and creative multimedia product/ content and services – “product and services ‘Made In Malaysia’ in the MSC Malaysia”.

8. To offer the global connectivity, investment opportunities, business convenience and international environment.

CREATIVE INNOVATION CENTRE (CIC)

The CIC is a MSC hub where all ‘Made In Malaysia’ MSC Malaysia products ‘n’ services are displayed and exhibited. It is a centre where professionals and students show-off their latest products ‘n’ technology, and in return increases the product’s market value.

Showcase Area:-

Digital wall screens – Plasma TVs (Creative Multimedia Content Display) - functions as a showcase unit, uploaded with products and technologies - for screening and showcasing of professionals’ and students’ works in digital form

MDeC information Kiosk screen - MSC Malaysia information

Resource Centre:-

Creative Library - A selection of local and international books & reference in the various creative multimedia sectors- product designs, architecture,games, animation, arts & culture, fashion, new media, digital technology, etc…

Content Allocation

Below are the list of content aggregations according to its category:

• MSC Malaysia/MDeC – about its product and services• MSC Malaysia status companies – particularly from the

Accessible to the public.

Books are not to be taken out of the Resource Centre.

No bags/helmets are allowed in the Resource Centre.

Upon approval, content will be displayed for a stipulated period decided by MDeC

INCUBATION CENTRE (INC)

The Incubation Centre houses “Early Stage Growth Companies”

Seed-Level

Companies entities that have been incorporated within the past two years and have ideas or concepts that require funds for proof of concept.

Start-Up

Companies entities that have been incorporated or have been in business for a short time and require capital for commercialisation of their products/solutions. These companies may not be generating profits yet.
