EXPECTED OUTPUTS We would be able to identify the loop holes in the
supply chain of vegetables of Big Bazar. We would able to get a comparative idea of the
local vegetable shop and Big Bazar. We would be able to identify the area where Big
Bazar fails to attract customers. We would be able to identify the ares where Big
Bazar needs intervention. We would come to know about the strenghts of
Big Bazar. We would be able to identify the needs and

CONCLUSIONThe sales of vegetables hence is quite low
because of some of the following reasons:The price is quite highThe consumers suspect that the vegetables
are not freshThe price is not bargainable. etc.Big Bazar needs to identify its market in
order to increase its sales.Big Bazar should work on its weakness and
should upgrade its strengths.
