Connecting to literature- I took a chance
when I went to college. I didn’t know that I would be successful, but I went anyways.
Background- In the 1950’s, there were no photocopiers or computers.
Literary analysis- Suspense- tension or
uncertainty that keeps you guessing.
Rising action- A story’s rising action begins when the central problem is introduced, and it continues until the climax, or high point is reached.
Reading strategy- rereading a passage to clarify details

“without end” Spelling strategy-
When adding a word ending that begins with a vowel to a word that ends in a silent e, you usually drop the e and add the suffix.
