Welcome to this third phase of Mine graphics, the development of touch points.

Business Cards

The first touchpoint is business card design. I’ve developed a set of three cards in order tocommunicate the diverse and contemporary nature of Mine. There will be many dif erentcommunities operating and although they will all embrace the same values each one will bevastly dif erent to the next, not only house shape and style but personality too.

The cards are printed in two color on heavy card stock, to give a sense of stability andstrength. The die-cut cards fold in two and include a hole in the center giving added interest.

The inside of the cards contain pertinent information of the community representative.

The folded cards measure three and a half inches by two and fit into the wallet nicely.




The cards can be stood on a table top and a set of them like this depict the diverse andubiquitous nature of the Mine communities.

This piece is also two color, bringing print costs down to a minimum, part of thecontemporary world of Mine.

Wearable

Mine Tshirts do not have holes in them, but they do incorporate the oculus on the front overthe heart. This symbolizes Jesus at the center of life, the core of the individual and thecommunity.

Vehicle Graphics

Vibrant, contemporary, diverse

Vehicle signage bears the houses pattern and the website address. The vehicle will be used totransport individuals goods if there’s a move and pick up larger items such as materials forgarden projects or waste taken to the dump. The van carries the logo and website on thereverse to spread the online community website.

Environmental signs like this one incorporate the intriguing house pattern and the websiteaddress, again, driving trac to the website for more information.

Being a very tactile piece, the Manifesto when handled gives lots of visual meaning dependingon where you place it and look at it.



I am excited at the meaning this piece gives in that regard. There seems to be muchinspiration for other pieces that I could design for the organization...



just based on playing and interacting with this piece.



I look forward to further ideas that come out of this Manifesto design and the othertouchpoints that I have developed for the organization.



Mine seems to be in its beginning stages just by working out these beginning artifacts. In thefuture I’ll be looking to develop more tools and artifacts that not only incorporate theorganizations vision and values but further assist to propagate the message and heart of Mine.
