How to Migrate from Insightly to Bitrix24?

Migration Setup1. Create your accountVisit app.data2crm.com and register your Data2CRM account. Provide your name, email, choose the password and specify your phone number.

• Select your Target CRM type. • Then provide your Insightly API Key*.

To get your Insightly API key, follow the instruction below:

1. Sign in your Insightly CRM.

2. Go to the “My Info” page, then to “User Settings”.

3. Copy your API key and paste it in migration wizard.



Migration Setup3. Initiate Migration to Bitrix24

1. Go to Bitrix24 app web page and press ‘Install’ button.

2. Provide your Bitrix24 URL in the corresponding field.




3. Click ‘Install’ to add the application to your Bitrix24 account.

Select your CRM type, in this case choose Bitrix24 and provide your URL.

Bitrix24.

• After pressing the ‘Log In’ button, you will be redirected to the migration wizard.

Check the boxes to activate the followingmigration options:

• Account• Contact• Task• Opportunity• Lead



Migration Setup6. Start Demo MigrationNow, start your Demo Migration. Data2CRM moves up a limited amount of records from all specified modules for you to see how the service works.

Note. You can skip this step and start Full migration right away



Migration Setup7. Start Full CRM Migration

Proceed with the CRM data migration to Bitrix24.

After you start the full migration,your Insightly data will be

moved directly to Bitrix24.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as

the transfer is complete.



Migration Setup8. Full Migration Is CompleteCongratulations! Now you may check up the result of migration and enjoy your new Bitrix24 software.
