Each of the 1/4-ounces cocaine was in a bottle, the bottles bearing the label of Ferdinand Roques, Paris. Each label numbered 499» The amount on each bottle is shown as l/4-0z. Chlorhydrate de Cocaine appears on the label and underneath this is (Codex 1908)» At the top of the label is the following:- "Fabrique de Produits Chimiques Purs.Pour la Pharmacie”. No ÜT̂ S» or other Tax Stamps»

Defendant went into the Republic of Mexico and' obtained the two (2) one-fourth ounces of cocaine, brought them back into tho United States and sold thorn to Paul Nlsbet and R*B. Worley, Narcotic Inspectors»

Four, one-ounce envelopes containing appx. 1 ounce of Cocaine Hydrochloride Crystals, each.Two,one-oz. cardboard boxes containing appx. 1 ounce of Cocaine Hydro. Crystals each.Cocaine Hydrochloride, wt. 2220 grains total. (A.R.)

Each envelope containing cocaine had the cocaine in another envelope contained a fringed round red seal. Each box con­tained a red seal bearing the following inscription "COCAINTJM Hydrochloricum 1 ounce", and sealed with a round fringed red seal. These packages bore no U.S. or other tax stamps of any description. Attached will find one of the labels off of the box*.
