Great Lakes 360 total days of service, OF WHICH: 180 days must have been as a Master, Mate, OUPV or Master/ Mate of Towing Vessels while holding a MMC endorsed as: Master/ Mate of Towing Vessels, AND 90 days of service on Great Lakes 180 days service in the deck department, OF WHICH 90 days must have been on Great Lakes Inland 360 total days of service, OF WHICH: 180 days must have been as a Master, Mate, OUPV or Master/ Mate of Towing Vessels while holding a MMC endorsed as: Master/ Mate of Towing Vessels 180 days service in the deck department. • Completed USCG Application including sea-time documentation• USCG Physical Examination • USCG Drug Test• Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
• Master 100 Ton Course 104 hours
• Radar Observer Unlimited 40 hours
• First Aid & CPR 8 hours
• FCC Radio Operator’s Permit self study
• Assistance Towing (optional) 4 hours
• Auxiliary Sail (optional) 4 hours
