Portland, Oregon “Assured Capital Transfer”
If you had a way to make taxable assets “un-taxable”, wouldn’t you? Assured Capital Transfer (ACT) is
first and foremost a tax planning strategy. Tax-deferred annuities are excellent wealth accumulation vehi-cles, yet at a client’s passing they may not be the most efficient way to transfer wealth. If you have clients who are between the ages of 65-80, reasonably healthy-non smokers, likely to have estate taxes due, owns an annuity or CD worth over 50K, then Assured Capital Transfer may be a value added service that you can offer. Brilliant speaker John Lenz, owner of Lenz Financial Group, will give a step-by-step procedure on
how you may be able to use ACT to better serve your clients.
