EARTH & SPACES COLLECTION 2016

Just like the exceptional Nobile boards are, so is the new “Earth and Spaces” collection.

It is modern and boasts with an energy combined with style and elegance. An essence

of the latest trends, created in accordance with the Nobile brand philosophy.

The “Earth and Spaces” collection consists both of real pictures and visions full

of fantasies. Take a look at the top of the Earth line – computer-processed satellite

images of unique places, magnified on base in the form of picture’s pixels.

The Spaces design is made of abstract geometrical forms and new spaces we are

transferred into by the boards chosen in accordance with our predispositions.

The collection was created by the DDB advertising agency. It was designed by Ewelina

Pułka (Earth) and Daniel Marciniak (Spaces). DDB, acknowledged as the best Polish

agency in 2015, is the part of the global DDB Worldwide group.

The Earth line was created based on satellite images transformed graphically and simplified. In close-up the elements creating the landscape seem to be an abstract picture.

However, when we look at them from the distance, we have an impression of observing the world from the bird’s eye view, and then we recognize the image consisting of the pieces of our planet. We show it as seen from above. Additional graphic elements define its individual character and purpose.

The base of each board refers to a zoomed image and dynamic perspective change which accompanies flying into the air – just like in popular Minecraft game.

What are the „Spaces”? In our opinion these are the gates to new dimensions of emotions, fun, passions and extreme sensations. These are new spaces we are transferred into by the boards chosen in accordance with our predispositions.

Each of them has different characteristics, depending on the purpose and the level of user sports experience. The patterns used in this collection are properly adjusted to all of the boards, in order to show their individual features. What makes the “Spaces” design stand out? First of all, the modernity. The illustrations of 3D worlds are made of minimalistic geometrical 3D elements.

These spatial creations deftly balance on the edge between the reality and the abstraction. The designer’s titbit is the fact that the 3D effect has not been achieved by the chiaroscuro but the flat, colourful, single-value colour splashes. These are truly unique boards with modern and unusual design. There’s no other boards like them.

EarthSpaces

Design: The pattern refers to the water’s structure with its form and colour scheme. The shape irregularity and random adjustment gives a feeling of dynamics and extremity, intriguing and encouraging at the same time.

Purpose: It’s a freeride board for all-level riders.

What’s new for 2016: new shape, new outline, APS channels

Design: The space which accompanies us, and which we use for the need of “MYSELF”, often transforms into geometrical shapes. It’s our weight that curves the space-time – for us and according to us. This board’s design is an ostensible chaos which can be given a new meaning by each rider.

Purpose: Beginner’s board preferred mainly by kitesurfing schools and equipment rentals.

Spaces Spaces

Design: Many colourful forms chaotically arranged in space remind the fun in the water. The diversity of elements emphasized the board’s versatility.

Purpose: Skimboard is a board for everyone, close with its features to skateboard, perfect for training tricks and having fun in the water.

Design: Highly geometrical design, consisting of parallel equal lines laid on flat big surfaces, emphasizes the characteristics and applying abilities of the board.

Purpose: Board designed for riding in low-wind conditions and for beginners who need a bigger and more stable board.

Design: The graphics depict the Banks Islands. Together with Torres Islands on the north-west they constitute one of the northernmost archipelago of Pacific islands. A shoreline crosses the middle of the board to emphasize its separation ability.

Purpose: NHP model built of carbon is lighter and more durable than the standard NHP model. It’s an all-round board designed for freestylers who wish to enter the freestyle world.

What’s new for 2016: new outline, concave with double channels.


Design: The graphics depict the Banks Islands. Together with Torres Islands on the north-west they constitute one of the northernmost archipelago of Pacific islands.

Purpose: Freestyle model designed for freeriders who wish to enter the freestyle world.

Location: THE COAST OF THE AEGEAN SEA, THE PAROS REGION (GREECE)

Design: The Cyclades archipelago consists of the islands circle with various landscapes, scattered across rocky mountains and blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The archipelago is famous for its terrace towns, never-ending beaches and strong wind blows.

Purpose: Professional board – for competitive riding and performing acrobatic manoeuvres. Everyday basic model of Nobile Pro Team members.

What’s new for 2016: new outline, reinforced construction.

Location: THE CHANNEL TUNNEL, THE ENGLISH CHANNEL (FRANCE, ENGLAND)

Design: The channel connecting the British and French coast. On this board you can feel like Bruno Sroka who crossed the Channel on kiteboard in 2012.

Purpose: Very fast freeride board.

Design: The Bahamas in simplified form. Simplified regular shapes add the dynamics to the graphics while conveying the character of this region. The separation ability of the board is emphasized by the line connecting two elements which always accompany kitesurfers.

Purpose: Board for riding on waves – the kitesurfing. The top-class product in Split construction for riding with straps or strapless.

Design: The Colorado River Delta – a place where the river meets the Gulf of California and enters the Pacific. The moment when the river carves different shapes into the shoreline can change year by year – uncontrollable like a beautiful woman. The graphic elements referring to the diamond shape represent the beauty of elements: water and wind.

Purpose: Board for active kiteboarding freestyle girls.

Design: The Cyclades archipelago consists of the islands circle with various landscapes, scattered across rocky mountains and blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The archipelago is famous for its terrace towns, never-ending beaches and strong wind blows.

Purpose: Board for girls riding a kite half-professionally or professionally. A typical wakestyle construction for riding in shoes.

The flagship pattern of the Spaces line refers to beach and its atmosphere. A great perspective is created, thanks to the sharp broken lines which imitate the water, in order to tempt and invite. This design also alludes to fashion trends which are very important for women.
