Before making a plan observe one of your regular week & pay attention to how much time u devote to each activity!
*Especially pay attention to your study habits (handout)
Stay on track but be flexible!
Try not to leave all other things (e.g, courses, extracurricular
act.s) aside when u have an exam coming up)!

WHY DON’T SOME STUDENTS ASK? negative internal & stable attributions about their
performance (no matter what I do, it won’t help!)
scared to look stupid
learning without help not supported by realities of development
the difference between experts & novices in a field: knowingwhen u need help, where to find it / whom to ask for
