Humans are social beings; we have to interact with others

انسان ها موجوداتی اجتماعی هستند؛ ما مجبوریم که با دیگران تعامل داشته باشیم.

Dealing with people is difficult because we can’t find two sameتعامل با مردم دشوار است چرا که هیچ دو

So there are no certain policies for every organization

We can’t live without organizationsبدون سازمان ها امکان زندگی وجود

Three main types of organizations:سه نوع اصلی سازمان ها:

1- Private sector بخش خصوصیGoal: earn more profit :هدفکسب سود بیشتر

2- Public sector بخش دولتیGoal: deliver government services to citizens

Goal: improve society witout seeking profitهدف: ارتقای جامعه بدون دنبال سود بودن
