To participate in the event a team must register by mailing the application form to: info@mallorca-tournament.com The organization will send subsequently your application form to the tour operator Viajes Adramar. They will organise your hotel or apartment reservation and forward an invoice to you with the amount due for payment.You will receive an invoice from Mallorca Football Events for the tournament fee of € 175.

Hotel costs

A bank transfer for those payments must be sent to:

All teams are subject to a 10€ administration and service fee. This will be added onto the overall invoice made payable to ViajesAdramar.

Any teams requiring visas/paperwork via special delivery will be charged separately; Charges are per delivery and vary per country) DHL or SEUR etc.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM

Tournament fee

Cancellation Policy & Fees:

A deposit of €100,- per person must be transferred within 20 days of receiving your invoice from Viajes Adramar. This is detailed on the invoice you will receive from Viajes Adramar.The outstanding amount for the hotel/apartment must be paid no later than March 31st 2020.

If you register after March 31st 2020 you will have to pay the full amount within 14 days after receiving the invoice of Viajes Adramar.

After mailing the application form and receiving the invoice from the Mallorca football events organization you will have to transfer the tournament fee of € 175.- per team within 20 days after receiving the invoice!

Teams who register for the Mallorca tournament after March 31th 2020 will have to pay:The tournament fee of € 175 within 14 days after receiving the invoice from the Mallorca football events organization.

• Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival, or no show 100% of the total amount. • Cancellation more than 2 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total amount.• We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

Important: The organization can’t be held responsible for damage or injuries caused during, or resulting from the participation in this tournament. Participants take part at their own risk. We advise that all teams should ensure that they have a good Travel Insurance that includes medical cover for their stay in Mallorca.
