July Water Park Fun A Cool Time for the Entire Family

This Friday—July 14th from 7:30-9:00 promises to be a splashy, fun time for your whole crew! We have MidTown Water Park here in Carrollton reserved for that evening and we want everyone to get wet! The cost is $5/swimmer with a max amount of $20/family. Register on line at the church website (cfumc.com)

Back to School will be here before we know it, and so will a new Sunday School and youth and children's ministry year. Being an influence in a child's life is one of the greatest ways you can serve the kingdom. If you have a heart and passion for helping kids grow into mature disciples, we need your help. Talk to Children's Ministry Director Leah Weaver or Rev. Karen about serving. We also need support people who can chaperone events, provide food, and serve behind the scenes. We will provide training and support for all you do. Email [email protected] or [email protected] or call 770-832-7069.

Christmas in July! Actually, Advent. We are looking for people to contribute to our 2017 Advent Devotional. We need brief devotionals, prayers, poetry, songs, artwork, etc to put in our Advent devotional. Contact Rev. Karen if you would like to help with content or doing layout and production

work. Deadline for submissions will be September 15.
