Whispering UnderstatedLuxuryThis endows a rich look to the lobby withwhite-grey colour and dark grey grains. Inthe centre, there is a large rectangle madeof brown marquino Italian marble. Thewalls are made of Sarpagenta which is anItalian marble and the roof has anelaborately styled POP with LED lighting.The aluminium partition has three largesized motifs with hard PVC laminatedsheets. Two large flowing glass chandelierswith fibre optic cable lights have been

supplied by Eco Lighting. Wood veneerSanta Rosa has been used extensively inthe lobby. Besides this, the receptioncounter is made of brown onyx stone andindeed gives a royal look.

Location Means BusinessThe hotel is located 20 minutes drive

from the commercial hub in Noida, aprime destination for information andsoftware technology and IT-enabledservices. The hotel is also 10 minutes fromthe event and exhibition hub of NewDelhi, Pragati Maidan and less than 500mfrom the Metro station.

This location was chosen as MayurVihar and the area around it have a lot ofpotential for the hospitality industry thatis yet untapped and has not been exploredby other hotel chains. The location wasselected keeping in mind the buzzing rush

of business and leisure travellers andtherefore, in order to beautify the

surrounding area, the hotel isworking very closely with thelocal authorities, by helpingthem in their developmentplans. The main targetclientele for both theproperties are businesstravellers from India andinternational destinations suchas North America and the
