How to remove the ribbons??

getting up at 5 am for cold shower.

After breakfast, rigorous exercises for hours.

Specific works for removal of ribbons.

Most time spend on, learning various day to day traits of self governance.

Harsh behavior of trainers.

Awkward & orthodox way to teach.

Strict time requirement to complete the task.
