März 2006) Grundsätze der Umsetzung: • Eine Anrechnung wird nur gewährt, wenn der Inhaber die IR-Rechte für einmotorige und mehrmotorige Flugzeuge mit einem Piloten (SP) verlängert. • Eine Anrechnung für den IR-Teil des proficiency checks auf alle SP Aeroplane wird erteilt, sofern der Bewerber innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate mindestens 3 IFR-Abflüge und -Landeanflüge auf einem SP- class- oder einem SP-typerating geflogen hat oder, bei mehrmotorigen "non high performance non complex aeroplanes", wenn der Bewerber Abschnitt 6 der praktischen Prüfung für "non high performance non complex aeroplanes", ausschließlich nach Instrumenten im Einpilotenbetrieb geflogen, bestanden hat. • Der Antrag auf cross-credit muss vom Piloten auf dem entsprechenden Formular beim BAZL beantragt werden. Bedingungen: • Das Single Pilot (SP) IR muss erstmalig einmal erworben worden sein. • Ein verfallenes SP/IR muss mit einem IR proficiency check wieder erworben werden (renewal). • Das entsprechende SP class- oder type rating muss gemäss EASA Part.FCL740.A verlängert bzw. erneuert werden. • Bei cross-crediting eines MP IR bestimmt das Verfalldatum des MP IR das Verfalldatum des SP IR.

Cross-crediting of the IR part of a class or type rating proficiency check
A. Aeroplanes
Credits shall be granted only when the holder is revalidating IR privileges for single-engine and single-pilot multi-engine aeroplanes, as appropriate.
When a proficiency check, including IR, is performed and the holder has a valid:

Obtention de crédits croisés (Cross-crediting) pour IR sur avionsMise en œuvre/application des règles d'obtention des crédits croisés pour l'IR conformément à l'appendice 8 de la Partie FCL AESA(remplace le point 2 de l'AIC B 005/06 du 23 mars 2006)
Principes:
• Des crédits seront octroyés uniquement lorsque le titulaire proroge ses privilèges IR pour les avions monomoteurs et les avions monopilotes (SP) multimoteurs.
• Des crédits pour la partie IR du contrôle de compétences sur tout avion monopilote (SP) seront octroyés pour autant qu'au cours des 12 mois qui précèdent, le requérant ait accompli au moins 3 départs et approches en IFR sur un avion de classe ou de type SP en exploitation monopilote ou, pour les avions multimoteurs non complexes et ne présentant pas de hautes performances, le candidat ait réussi la section 6 de l'examen pratique pour des avions monopilotes non complexes ne présentant pas de hautes performances, pilotés par seule référence aux instruments en exploitation monopilote.
• Les pilotes déposeront la demande de crédits croisés auprès de l'OFAC au moyen du formulaire prévu à cet effet.
Conditions:
• Le requérant a acquis une qualification initiale de vol aux instruments monopilote IR (SP).• Une qualification IR SP expirée doit être renouvelée (renewal) moyennant un contrôle de compétence.• La prorogation ou le renouvellement de la qualification de type ou de classe SP restent régis par le
paragraphe FCL.740.A de la Partie FCL AESA.• En cas de crédits croisés à partir d'une qualification IR MP, la date d'expiration de cette dernière détermine
la date d'expiration de la qualification IR SP.
