Food Share Sunday Next Week | Sun. Feb. 1

The Link Food PantryOn the first Sunday of the month, baskets for food/household items are placed inside each entrance of the church. All food and household paper product contributions are welcome.

What Is Food Share Sunday? One of the tangible ways we participate in ministry in our community is through the Link Food Pantry of In As Much Ministry. Baskets are placed inside all entrance doors to Second Baptist the first Sunday of each month as a place to collect food items. A list of items that are needed due to high demand is posted the week prior through our 2BC e-newsletter and is posted on our website (see list below) , but any food item, personal hygiene or household products can be brought to help keep the pantry shelves stocked.

We hope you will consider participating in our FOOD SHARE SUNDAY. The food pantry serves 900+ families per quarter with many returning more than once during the month. By participating you will help us make a difference to those in need in our community.

Item suggestions this month: salad dressing, condiments, jelly, vegetable oil, tea, coffee, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, deodorant, lotion, toothpaste, tooth brushes
