COMPANY: Global trend hunter General Pants Co. is a significant player in the Australian youth fashion landscape with 50 retail stores and and e-commerce site that ships globally.
OBJECTIVES: Reducing time to hire ~560 Christmas casual employees whilst delivering a unique and memorable positive candidate experience.
KEY RESULTS: Time to hire reduced from 18 weeks the previous year, to just 4 weeks this year. A proactive Talent Community of 35,000 people was created in 3 weeks, with initial screening completed through online video interviews and chat between talent and the GP team.
