of Ld. Legal Aid Counsel, efforts for judicial settlement are made and have

yielded result. Present matter has been amicably settled between the parties

and on the terms and conditions that accused shall pay an amount of Rs. 1500/-

as compensation to the complainant and upon receiving the compensation

amount, he shall compound offence punishable u/s 379/411/34 IPC with accused

persons.

At this stage, accused persons have paid compensation amount of

Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) in cash to complainant which has

been duly received by him. Complainant seeks permission to compound offence

punishable u/s 379/411/34 IPC with accused persons. Statement of complainant

to this effect is recorded separately.

In view of above and as as offence punishable u/s 379/411/34 IPC

with which the accused persons have been charged are compoundable, they are

acquitted of the offence. Accordingly, Bail Bonds/Surety Bonds of accused

persons are discharged.

Accused Satish be released from custody if not required for

detention in any other case.

As the matter has been finally disposed off, application preferred by

number DL 1YB 9510 is allowed.

On S.AI am the complainant/registered owner of vehicle bearing

registration no. DL 1YB 9510. I have amicably settled the present matter with

accused persons in the judicial settlement as held today. In lieu of settlement,

accused persons have paid me compensation amount of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees

One Thousand Five Hundred Only) in cash. Now, I have no grievance against

accused persons. I may be permitted to compound offence punishable u/s

379/411/34 IPC with accused persons. I am making this statement voluntarily

without any pressure or threat from any quarter.

7338, IO has submitted that it belongs to one of the accused and till date he has

not claimed the said vehicle.

IO has further submitted that investigation of aforenoted case FIR is

almost complete and case file is to be referred to Prosecution Branch for
