Mingyan qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and has been working at Lisa’s Law since October 2016.

Mingyan has a wealth of ex-perience in conveyancing, having successfully con-duced many sales and pur-chases of both residential and commercial property. She has also completed commercial grants of new leaseholds, assignment of lease and extension of leaseholds.

Mingyan is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Felix qualified as a solicitor in 2008, graduating from the University of Law. He holds additional degrees in Zoolo-gy and International Human Rights. He joined Lisa’s Law in 2014.

Felix has solid conveyancing experience and has conduct-ed many sales and purchases of both residential and com-mercial properties. He has handled commercial grants of new leaseholds, as well as assignment and extensions of leaseholds.

Felix is fluent in English, Italian and Ibo.

Elin qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has been working with Lisa’s Law from 2013. As head of our Convey-ancing team, Elin has vast knowledge of property law and has conducted a huge number of successful cases. From buying and selling all types of property, commer-cial or residential, to transfer of equity and re-mortgaging – she has experience across the board.

Elin is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Evveline qualified as a solic-itor in 2019. She joined Lisa’s Law in June 2020.

Evveline has a wealth of expe-rience in property law, having successfully conducted many sales and purchases of both residential and commercial properties. Her experience covers remortgages, help to buy, new build and auction cases.

She is fluent in English, Man-darin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia and Hakka.

Victoria WongSolicitor

Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and joined Lisa’s Law the same year. In terms of conveyancing, Victoria has much experience within both residential and commercial cases. She has completed many mortgage applications, buy-to-lets and cash purchases. She has also conducted multiple assign-ments of lease and purchases of businesses.

Victoria is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarina.

Alex YangSolicitor

Alex qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020. He is also a qualified attorney in the State of California after completing his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California. He joined Lisa’s Law in July 2021.

Alex practised commercial and civil litigation in California and US federal courts before joining Lisa’s Law. He is using his vast prior experience to deliver a fantastic service to our clients, while also building on his own legal knowledge here in the UK.

Alex is fluent in English, Man-darin, and Cantonese.

Yitong GuoSolicitor

Michael Hsieh Conveyancing Consultant

Yitong qualified as a solicitor in 2021. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in 2019. She joined Lisa’s Law in 2018.

Yitong is experienced in prop-erty law and has successfully carried out commercial lease assignments, along with resi-dential transfer of title.

Yitong is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Michael holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University of Law which he achieved in 2016. He joined Lisa’s Law in May 2018.

Michael has successfully handled sales and purchas-es of both residential and commercial properties and has a strong knowledge of property law.

Michael is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay

Stephanie ChiuTrainee Solicitor

Stephanie holds a degree in LLB from the University of Kent which she achieved in 2018. She also completed her LPC course at BPP Uni-versity London in 2019. She joined Lisa’s Law in Novem-ber 2019.

Stephanie has great knowl-edge of property law and has conducted many successful purchases and sales of both residential and commer-cial properties, freehold and leasehold, new and old build.

Stephanie is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Salina LimRegistered Foreign Lawyer

Salina qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2012. She joined Lisa’s Law as a Registered For-eign Lawyer in August 2019.

Salina is highly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to property law. She has successfully conduct-ed sales and purchases of both residential and com-mercial property, new build purchase under the help to buy scheme and handled transfer of equities both with and without mortgage.

Salina is fluent in English and has a working proficiency in Mandarin.

Yvonne LiConveyancing Consultant

Yvonne holds a Masters Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Lan-guages from the University of Stirling and Undergrad-uate Degrees in English Language Translation and Interpretation before joining Lisa’s Law in April 2021.

Previously, Yvonne worked as a Paralegal Assistant for an immigration law firm based in Scotland, and has vast experience dealing with family visa applications among other areas.

Yvonne is fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Teresa TsengTrainee Solicitor

Teresa holds a BA in English for professional communication from Chu Hai College in Hong Kong. She then completed the GDL and LPC at BPP univer-sity before joing Lisa’s Law in March 2021.

Teresa previously worked as a legal assistant for Ola Leslie for 1 year and most recently legal document reviewer for Inte-greon.

She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Surveyn HohConveyancing Consultant

Surveyn is a self-trained conveyancing caseworker after having worked for over 3 years before joining Lisa’s Law in September 2017.

Surveyn has over 6 years’ experience in handling property transactions and has successfully handled hundreds of sales and pur-chases of both commercial and residential property, freehold or leasehold newly granted, extension, variation or assignment.

Surveyn is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Katrina KwanConveyancing Consultant

Katrina joined Lisa’s Law in June 2021 and is graduat-ed from the University of Kent with a Law degree. She is currently completing a preparation course for the Solicitors Qualifying Exami-nation.

Katrina aspires to be a du-al-qualified solicitor within 5 years. She is working across our teams to help manage caseloads, provide support and most importantly learn and develop her skills on the job.

Katrina is fluent in Canton-ese, Mandarin and English.

Angel YeungConveyancing Consultant

Angel obtained her LLB de-gree from East China Univer-sity of Political Science and Law in Shanghai and pur-sued her Master’s studies at University of Bristol in 2018. Angel will soon be gradu-ated from LPC program at University of Law.

Before joining Lisa’s Law, An-gel has been dealing with international clients and got experiences in the field of trademark, corporate, con-veyancing and immigration in both China and the UK.

Angel is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
