Algunos conceptosSalud: Kenko (shiatsu japones)nadis: atma-bindu, it is the chitta-bindu.Chittra vritti: Swami Vivekananda uses the metaphor of a lake to illustrate this concept: [Chitta] is the mind-stuff, and Vrttis are the waves and ripples rising in it when external causes impinge on it. The bottom of the lake we cannot see, because its surface is covered with ripples. It is only possible when the ripples have subsided, and the water is calm, for us to catch a glimpse of the bottom. If the water is muddy, the bottom will not be seen; if the water is agitated all the time, the bottom will not be seen. If the water is clear, and there are no waves, we shall see the bottom. That bottom of the lake is our own true Self; the lake is the Chitta, and the waves are the Vrttis.[3]

Shweta bindu (white drop) is responsible for body identification and rakta bindu (red drop) is responsible for ideological identification.

Vairagya means detachment: For example you say I am angry, this is silly because you can see the anger, therefore you are not the anger. To develop the ability to quickly detach and discharge the anger is what vairagya is all about,Referencias: http://kalim.in/vairagya-the-first-achievement-of-the-beginning-kalim-student/http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vritti

The Hui Yin is located between the genitals and the anus; the part of the body called the perineum. When the Perineum is strong, the organs remain firm and healthy; when it is weak the organs lose cohesiveness and Chi energy drains away. Because this Centre is the gate through which Ch'i energy from the other organs can be either retained or lost, it is called the "Gate of Life and Death." http://manas-vidya.blogspot.com.ar/2009/11/daniel-odier-il-tantra-kashmiro_17.html

Therese Bertherat
