Dear Friends of Kentwood Players:For the past eleven years Kentwood Players has put on

plays in every structure from a church to a barn; and nowafter playing in restaurants, abandoned pumphouses, and"you name it" we have finally bought our own theatre!

We know you will be as excited as we are to learn wehave purchased a building in the heart of Westchester at8301 Hindry Ave., Los Angeles 45, which will at last be thepermanent home of Kentwood Players.

We had enough money in our treasury for the down pay-ment, but need immediate funds to convert the buildinginto a theatre. And that's where you come in! We needyour financial assistance in the form of patron membershipsto help us raise enough money to open the new theatrein March.

Our goal is $3,000. We are now at the half-way markwith $1,500 in pledges from members and friends. Andas you can see, we need a few more "friends."

In becoming a patron member of Kentwood Players, youbecome a patron of the arts, which bring culture, beauty, excitement, opportunity, as well as entertainment and pres-tige to our community; you will be admitted to our playsfree of charge; you receive program listing, a patron mem-bership card for the calendar year, and recognition of yourpatronage as follows:

(d) PATRON MEMBER: Admission to plays for one year.We know many of you who have shivered at the barn

or sweltered at the Pumphouse will be only too glad tocontribute to a new theatre-clean, comfortable, and all theconveniences of home.

For those of you who don't know us as well, we hopeyou will get to know us better by becoming patrons.

Please clip and mail this tear sheet. When your friendsask what you're doing, you can say "clipping coupons," andthe dividends will be the richest you have ever received.
