SBS is currently used by SSgA Finance in Boston to accrue revenue and invoice clients. This system maintains client management fees information and is the engine for invoice production. Extracts from SLCM, CIS, AUM and PRKS are used to produce the basis of invoicing. Worked on several enhancements to the application
SLCM Enhancements - This system establishes the distribution amounts for the participants in the lending funds. This information is passed to SBS for those accounts that have the lending applied to the invoice. Worked on several enhancements to the application

Migration of Collections Module from REAL Servicing, Progress to Java:
Migration of the collections module that is currently used by the Ocwen users in REAL Servicing Progress to REAL Resolution in Java. (REAL Resolution is a default servicing system)
REAL Resolution and REAL Trans Integration:
REAL Trans is an order tracking system owned by Ocwen. Eliminate orders being generated from various processes such as Bankruptcy, Eviction and REO and creating an order generating module in REAL Resolution, Java which facilitates order placing from a single source thus saving time and improving functionality.
Active Directory Integration:
The scope of this project was to integrate Active Directory and Password Policy compliance. This functionality improvement which was developed in Java allows administrators to supervise user creation and deletion in one place thus reducing the time to go into application and disabling their access
Mortgage Insurance Default Reporting:
The project was developed to obtain all the delinquent loans on a monthly basis for all the MI companies. An application was developed in Java which enables to generate a monthly report in prescribed format for all the MI companies as well as to have a quality check on these delinquent loans and to generate an exception report based on the exception loans generated on a monthly basis.
Ocwen Intranet update for Helpdesk Information section:
This project was for Helpdesk department in Ocwen. A Web application was developed which addressed information consisting of educating Ocwen users at all locations about various procedures followed in the Helpdesk and including self-help guides that assist users in either resolving minor issues or configuring simple functionalities in their applications.
Pre-foreclosure review process:
This project was developed in Java and the purpose of this project was to develop an application that would eliminate the usage of the Access databases for the Pre-foreclosure review process. This process is performed to ensure that all potential problems with a foreclosure action are identified and resolved before the files are sent to the Attorney.
