Michael SolomonSuccess By Default

Known as “The Motivator”, Michael Solomon is a former NYPD Detective and bestselling author, and is the survivor of a bizarre double murder attempt on his life.

During his tenure in the intelligence division, he was assigned to protect the Shah of Iran and Madame Chang of Taiwan. He has personally met four U.S. Presidents. Michael was assigned as the intelligence offi cer to the U.S. State Depart-ment, where he participated in treaty negotiations between the United States and Turkey.

During his tenure in the Police Department while he worked as a part-time tax accountant, Michael discovered a fl aw in the NYC Payroll procedures. In 1981, he proposed a change to the NYC disability law, which when enacted, saved the city over $120 million, reduced taxes and balanced the city’s budget.

He retired from the Police Department and joined the corpo-rate sector in fi nance and management. After losing three corporate positions, and nearly bankrupt, during the worst recession in 75 years, he was motivated to embark on his own. Applying his own style of management, he was nomi-nated by a national magazine for operating the best com-pany in America in his fi eld.

Achieving success, he returned to his old beliefs and started to take care of the less fortunate. His work for various chari-ties earned him the respect and praise of his community. In 2003, he was cited by both houses of the New York State Legislature in Senate and Assembly Resolutions as Humani-tarian of the Year.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology and a Masters with Distinction in Public Administration from Long Island University. He’s been a guest lecturer at numerous colleges and universities.

Walter Bond Think, Execute, Dominate

For nearly two decades, Walter's mastery in two different global industries has made him an authority on peak perfor-mance.

Walter's passion for personal development has been an-chored by his professional basketball career. Although a re-serve throughout his college basketball career at the Univer-sity of Minnesota, Bond miraculously enjoyed an eight-year career while spending time as a shooting guard for teams such as the Dallas Mavericks, Utah Jazz and Detroit Pistons. This is where he learned peak performance truths that he has also applied to a wildly successful speaking career.

Bond's college basketball career did not say NBA at all. Only hard work, dedication and commitment got him there. That mentality is what he wants to share with FLCMAA man-agers. Whether it's a new product launch, hitting sales goals, gelling as a team, Bond is passionate about sharing his 31 Truths to Boost Peak Performance.

In 2013, Walter appeared as the host of The Food Network's show Giving You The Business. Walter was chosen over nu-merous candidates because of his infectious personality and franchise business experience. Episodes featured restaurants such as Saladworks, Famous Familia and Jersey Mike's.
