THE CONCEPT

The BELA project will develop learning curricula and contents to be delivered to target-group by blended learning in order to provide training in business enhancement in life sciences for sustainable development applications.

THE OBJECTIVES

1) To build an entrepreneurial competences matrix in Life sciences sustainable development applications.2) To transfer 2 learning products from the foreign partners treating sustainable development (FR partner) and entrepreneurship (LT partner), and adapt them to a new economic sector and integrate them in a new geographical context, the results being 2 curricula and vocational training modules “Sustainable Life sciences applications” and “Enterprise business and Intellectual property in Life sciences”.3) To realize a blended learning system comprising face to face learning, but also e-learning.4) To prepare a vocation training package and obtains the certification for BELA competences matrix.

THE PROGRAMEDuring 24 months 7 WPs will be done:WP 1. Project management and quality plan implementation WP 2. Evaluation of the competence needs and study of key competences to define the BELA matrix of competenceWP 3. Adaptation of the transferred learning products to the identified competence needs and elaboration of curricula and contents WP 4. Choice and implementation of the blended learning system WP 5. Pilot training of the learning products implemented by blended learningWP 6. Products and blended learning system fine tuningWP 7. Dissemination and valorization of the projects products and results
