Chef Ileana will personally assist you in creating a very special menu based uniquely upon your choices and prefer-ences , accordingly with your own allowed budget and number of guests and theme of your party
For dinner buffets Chef Ileana will be present on site to set up , serve and do the clean up throughout the event ; chef carved roasts , flambees a-la-carte ..., Chef will insure a memorable and special event .
All our plated dinners will be organized with the menus of choice with as many entrees as wished for and will include choices of soup or salad , dinner rolls & butter , dressings and condiments ...the possibili-ties are endless.
