IH ANYWHERE UPGRADE GUIDE PAGE 1

Upgrading the VMWare Horizon Client on your device is a requirement for the new version of IH

Anywhere. Please follow the steps below to perform this upgrade on your device.

If you run into any problems, or have any questions; please call the Service Desk at 1-855-242-1300

STEP 1. Download the 4.5 version of the VMWare Horizon Client from here Please Note: Do NOT download the VMWare Horizon Client for Windows 10 UWP.

STEP 2. After selecting your operating system, assure you have 4.5.0 selected and click the Download button.

STEP 3. Please Run the file to start the installation process. If you saved the file, you must launch if from the Downloads location on your device.

STEP 4. Once you have launched the installer, you will be prompted to upgrade the VMWare Horizon Client. Click Agree & Upgrade if you agree to the license terms.

STEP 5. Wait for the upgrade to complete. This will take a bit of time.

STEP 6. Once the installer has completed, click Finish.

STEP 7. You will be prompted to restart your computer. We recommend that you do this prior to attempting to use IH Anywhere.
