Dig Deeper

On the first Sunday of each month,

On the first Sunday of each month, lunch is provided after

the morning service before we get stuck into a study and

discussion. We’ll be using a great book called Dig Deeper to

help us get to the heart of Bible passages and equip you

with tools to use in your own study. This year we’ll be

looking at what the Bible says about subjects including:• The Bible: Can we trust it? Does it really have authority over our lives?

really that different? Why does it even matter?

• The Holy Spirit: How can we experience the

Spirit? What does it mean to be filled with Him?

• Prayer: What should we pray for? How should we do it?

One-to-OnesWe encourage all our students to meet up regularly with

another Christian to read the Bible and pray. These

one-to-one partnerships can really help you grow and it’s

something we can help to arrange if you’d like us to.

After HoursWWe love the fact that our students are often the last to leave church on a Sunday evening because you enjoy

spending time with your brothers and sisters in Christ. So once a month we continue the ‘after hours’ fellowship by discussing a particular topic or just relaxing over food. We usually meet at the home of a church member who has a living room big enough to fit us all in!

Ignition is our student ministry at TCM; it sums up our desire to serve and equip our students before sending them out to live passionately for Christ. Our prayer is that during your time with us you will be ignited by God, through his Holy Spirit, for a lifetime of service and enjoyment of him.The aim of Ignition is not to create a separate student group because we believe discipleship is most effective when done within the whole body of Christ.We organise a number of different activities during term time…

Our student weekend away – Ignited for Christ – returns this year at the same

venue, Harby Christian Centre near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

Last year we enjoyed teaching from the book of Acts on how we can be ignited to continue Jesus’ mission. It was a great time of fellowship and we’re looking forward to getting away together again over the forward to getting away together again over the weekend of the 19th –21st April, 2013.
