If you press this you attach a files.

This window will come up when the attach file button is pressed. You can then press browse and pick a file that you want to attach.

The exclamation mark means the e-mail has been set to high importance. You would use this to send an e-mail that needs to be read.

The arrow button is to set an e-mail to low importance. An e-mail could be set at low importance to indicate that it does not urgently need to be read.

To make an auto signature go to options, which is near the top the screen. Click that then it will sent you to the options menu.

This is an example of what the auto signature looks like on the end of an outgoing message. You also have the option to make the program put the auto signature on automatically.
