- Arrange all recruitment activities and make a recruitmentplan based on schedule, including conduct psychologicaltest and administrative jobs (for permanent or temporaryemployee).- Conduct of training, planning & arranging.- Develop HR general activities and special HR project.

Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree inPsychology, but preferably a Psychologist profession.- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field isrequired for this position.- Familiar with psychological test tools and administration.- Diligent, detail, and good command in English.- Willing to work in Karawang factory.
