WHAT IS HEI Online?

HEI Online is a product offering:

A separate "white label" web site tailored to Coca Cola’s customers.

The best hotel prices for around 85 000 unique hotels worldwide.

Online booking with prepayment.

Full price warranty on all hotels.

Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival.

The service will eventually consist of a number of advantages / discounted

deals with other travel-related products such as transfers, sightseeing, tickets

etc.

Coca Cola have many advantages to connect to HEI Online:

The service is «white label» so it will be Coca Cola’s brand which is being

promoted and flashed.

Travel is among the most popular products you can offer to your customers.

Profitable for customers to buy less expensive hotels around the world. This

increases loyalty to Coca Cola.

No extra work for Coca Cola except promotion.

Possible for Coca Cola to earn commission on the reservations.

HOW TO GET STARTED?

What Coca Cola needs to do

What we require in return for setting up the system, maintaining the

system and including member service for free is:

Coca Cola promotes the agreement well to it’s customers through a

newsletter, web site, e-mail etc.

Coca Cola excepts that we use their logo as a referance on our web site and

other promo material.

Coca Cola provides us after some months with a ”testimonial” about the

product and agrees that we can use it as we wish.

Access (HEI Online)

How to give your customers access?

First we need to sign an agreement.

Then you send us logo, pictures and text you want to have on the

White label web site

Then you need to inform your customers how to log in.

Log in procedure

There are 3 ways for your customers to log in. You choose one of the ways that suits you best.

1. If you already have a password protected area on your web site, you can place the link here

without any specific access code. The customer needs to register first time and choose their

own username/password.

2. We can provide you with one access code which works for all your customers ( to be

changed from time to time).

3. We can give you unique access codes for each of your customers. These will be sent to you

in an Excel file for you to distribute.

COMMISSION (HEI ONLINE)

An example for Coca Cola customers.

1 million potential customers.

Typical usage could be 10% of this number.

This 10% will book (on average) 5 nights a year, so totally 500.000 nights.

Average hotel price 110 CHF.

Average commission de 9.38 CHF - For Coca Cola it will be 0.94 CHF(10%).

A PAYABLE ‘PARTNER FEE’ OF 470’000 CHF PER YEAR.

Commission

• In addition to offer this service free of charge for Coca Cola, we can pay out

on a monthly basis a commission of 10% of our earnings from the hotel

reservations.

On average we add on 10% commission on the prices to end users.
