To prepare our students for this rapidly expanding profession, the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at EMU provides a comprehensive learning experience that focuses on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical work experience. Students graduating from the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program are among the most successful hospitality professionals in this state and beyond.

Alumni and friends of the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program play a significant role in the success of current students.
