RENTAL RATES (FOR 3 MONTHS STAY)

1)  Single occupation @ monthly $600 per person (1 person in a room)

2) Twin-sharing basis @ monthly $300 per person (2 persons in a room)

Note: Each room will have attached toilet cum shower and a shared pantry. All rates quoted are inclusive of furniture(may varies) and utilities. Single/Twin occupation shall subject to availability.

Students are responsible to keep the room, toilet/shower and pantry in a clean and tidy manner at all timesotherwise penalty charges will be imposed.

1) Minimum stay shall be 3 months, subject to students having all the required documents i.e. valid passport andstudent pass issued by ICAS. For shorter term additional rental of $50 per month will becharged.

2) Rental payment shall be payable quarterly in advance with 1 month's rental as security deposit (refundable).

3) Administration charge per student $50 (1 time payment non-refundable).

4)  Furniture provided in each room: 1 set to each student - single bed with mattress, desk & chair and single doorcupboard.

5)  Every room is fitted with aircon and instant water-heater in toilet.

6)  Pantry will be equipped with a refrigerator and micro-wave oven.

5)  Utilities charges payable at fixed amount $20 per month for twin-sharing and $30 for single occupation(terms and conditions apply).

6)  Free common shared internet access is available subject to terms and conditions.

7)  1 set of bedsheet, pillow with cover will be provided upon check in. Students are to bring their own blanket.

9) There will be no agency fee should you book any unit with us directly.
