• Donations letters were sent out week before winter break

• Donations received

• Gift cards from Spring Creek BBQ, Foodarama, Houston Museum of Natural Science, Denny’s

• T-shirt will be black with white letters

• Tablecloths will be black

• Decorations will be spy/secret agent/secret mission- themed

HOSPITALITY UPCOMING TASKS

• Price bags (black) and lanyards (black)

• Collect items for table décor – currently brainstorming ideas

• February – Call business partners who have not yet replied

• Send thank you cards to business partners who have already donated (instead of waiting until June to do this)
