Snow Removal Request FormHandicapped/Disabled List If you are in need of special attention with snow and ice removal, as

a courtesy, the Association maintains a list of those Co-Owners and residents that need this service,

forms can be obtained at the Clubhouse ofce.

You must complete and return the Special Attention Form along with a copy of your handicap sticker

that is displayed in your car.(We will make the copy for you.) Anyone with a permanent handicap plate

will of course be on the list. However we will still need a completed form on le and we will need to

know if this condition is a temporary or permanent condition.

We cannot guarantee that Maintenance will be able to provide this special attention for every snow

event; however, we will make every effort to do so.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES - November 21, 2011

The monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Highland Lakes Condominium Association was on the third Monday ofthe month, in accordance with the By-Laws of the Association. President Kathy Baldwin called the November 21, 2011regular meeting of the Board of Directors to order at 7:30 p.m.

Attendance

The following Directors were present: Kathy Baldwin, Michelle Todorov, Kathleen Connor, Tom Byrne, Clem Tulley andJudy Nakdimen. (Sandy Nolan was excused). Also present were Joe Poma, Property Manager, Ken Wiewiora, MaintenanceSuperintendent, and Shannon Crowley, Administrative Assistant. Approximately 35 Co-Owners were also present.

Finance Committee Report: See report on pages 14-15Joyce Elvy reported to the Board.

Board Action: Motion by Tom Byrne, support by Sandy

Nolan to accept the Finance Committee Report datedOctober 19, 2011 and their recommendations. All infavor. Motion passed.

Board Discussion:Tom explained that the Board wantedmore time to review and discuss the recommendationto discontinue plowing Silver Spring Drive, and were

not prepared to make a decision at this meeting.

Court Captain Committee Report: See page 16Robert Armstrong reported to the Board.

Board Discussion: Tom asked if the Pet Pails wereinstalled in all courts. Robert answered that they areinstalled in about 15 courts so far, and explained that thecommittee is still researching a cost-effective, durable, weather resistant receptacle that can be used so thatthe program can be expanded throughout the complex.Kathy added that the locations where the Pet Pails areinstalled will be listed in the yer as well.

Discussion: Joe stated that hed just received anengineering request (11/21/11) for a doorwallreplacement for a resident who recently lost herhusband. The modication meets HLCA requirements.She understands that there is no Engineering Committeeor Board meeting for the month of December. Joesaid he would be submitting the request directly to theboard for approval so that she wouldnt have to wait two

months to have the work done.

Herald Committee Report:Verbal Report

Marty Tingstad reported to the Board.

Marty explained that the November meeting had beencancelled, and apologized to Kathleen and Sandy fornot relaying the message to them in time. He addedthat hes had conversations with Wilma Leonard andShannon Crowley about the fact that the committee isconcerned that the Herald is not getting the widespreadreadership they would like to have. The committeehopes that including the Know Your Neighbor as aregular feature in the Herald (like Have You Heardand Welcome to the Neighborhood) would generate moreinterest and readership. This feature would includepersonal stories from residents as well as include ourneighbors in Northville outside of Highland Lakes.

In an effort to involve more people and get their thoughtsand ideas, the committee is planning an insert for theDecember Herald that can be completed and submittedto the ofce. It will be an extension of Wilmas articlein the November Herald.

Fireplace Q & A - Open Forum

Kathy Baldwin: Kathy explained that at the OctoberBoard meeting it was decided that the board woulddedicate time during the November meeting to

answer questions co-owners may have about replacedecommissions and the proposed Fireplace AlterationRequest Form. She added that Joe would be eldingmost of the questions as he has been the one that hasbeen handling most of the process.

Joe Poma: Joe opened the discussion by giving a shorthistory of the progression of how we got to this pointconcerning decommissions and replace replacements.

Joe said that when Highland Lakes initially beganconsidering the roong project, we started researchingwhat types of permits would need to be pulled with the

Township. We knew we were going to have to adjust therooftop ventilation systems; we also knew that replaceand chimneys were 40 years old at Highland Lakes, andover the course of these years there were sporadic reson the property, but we werent sure of the cause ofmany of them.

The replaces installed in Highland Lakes are prefabricatedunits; the chimney sections are twist-locked together,they are double-walled and made of steel. He explainedthat even though the inside of the chimneys are stainlesssteel, the outside are galvanized steel and still prone torust. The association made a decision to inspect the

replace systems. At that point, the association consulted two different

entities: the Township of Northville, and our corporatecounsel. We asked the Township, What must we do whenwe go to pull a permit to do roong at Highland Lakes, or torepair one of our replaces that needs to be repaired or needsto be replaced because it is out of date or otherwise dangerous?The Township mechanical inspector said that in orderto modify an appliance, (such as our replaces), andpull permits and have it approved, wed have to haveit certied by a mechanical engineer who is well versedin this type of system, and knows whats involved andknows if what were doing is safe to do. Joe explainedthat because we have so many units and the units areessentially connected to one another, we have more tobe concerned with than just an individual unit.

We then checked with our corporate counsel, whoafrmed that it is best that we consult a mechanicalengineer to have the modication certied. Once themodication is certied by a mechanical engineer, wecan pull permits, and it will be an approved operationat the township level and under the code. This typeof operation doesnt involve the re department, but

rather involves the mechanical code ofce of NorthvilleTownship and the mechanical inspector.

The association then hired a mechanical engineer rm, andwent through exhaustive details trying to get a report on

what we can or cant do to the installed replace systems,and they said that they couldnt certify a modication toa system without rst asking the manufacturer.

The manufacturer is, at the end, the one who is ableto authorize an alteration to its own system. When we contacted the manufacturer, their response wasthat the system is an Underwriters Laboratories (UL)tested and labeled system, and we are very limited asto what we can do because the unit is certied as asystem, and most of the elements cannot be changed.This limitation prevents us from making repairs to thesystem using aftermarket, non-tested parts that could befaulty and ultimately would make Highland Lakes liableor negligent because we didnt go through appropriatechannels to safeguard our residents. There is a reasonthe mechanical engineers and manufacturers were sohesitant to allow us to do anything to the system.

For example, if you have a chimney with damage, such asa break or opening in the chimney pipe, and HighlandLakes allows you to install tubing that doesnt have itsown re rating, (there are many replace inserts that offer dryer-vent type duct work that go up the old chimney and terminate atthe roof - they dont have their own re rating; they rely on the

re rating of the previous system), there is no re rating tosupport the new system. This is a re hazard.

Joe explained that the consensus was that if were goingto allow any kind of replacement to damaged replaces,that the replacements would have to have its ownindividual re rating; it would basically have to be asystem that could be installed in a wall that never hada replace.

As far as decommissions, the mechanical engineers (inharmony with our corporate counsel and the Townshipof Northville), came together with a plan of how wecan decommission a replace that is no longer safe.

In order to pull a permit, and to have the work approvedas decommissioned, the system can have no evidencethat it could still be used as a replace. If a visitorcame to your unit, there can be no doubt in their mindthat the replace cannot be used. Therefore, simplydisconnecting the chimney from the top only wasntenough. The mechanical engineers came across witha procedure that was acceptable to the Township ofNorthville as far as a decommission. The Township didnot want to let us go that route because (as far as theywere concerned), the best solution was to completely

tear out the old system from the wall. However,realizing that theres 40 years worth of wallpaper, tilework or wood work, the Township gave us some leewayand allowed us to do the decommission procedure so asnot to destroy the surrounding wall and minimize repaircosts.

In so doing, they required us to make it obvious by (1)tearing out the inner wall, (2) painting Not Rated

foRfiReplace Use inside the opening, and (3) platingover the opening so that no one would ever use it as areplace again. This is something that the mechanicalengineers adopted, and was acceptable to the Townshipof Northville as far as permit pulling and approval, andis something that our corporate counsel advised us todo, and thats why we proceeded along the path that wedid.

Joe referred to the rough draft of the Fireplace AlterationRequest Form that was printed in the November Herald.He explained that the form is still in its infancy, andis the associations attempt to come up with a list of

replaces that would be acceptable for installation in awall in Highland Lakes. (Not just one that had an oldreplace, but any wall in Highland Lakes). The formoutlines replaces that can stand alone and work in theabsence of a rated system in the wall.

Joe then opened the oor for questions:

Q: Is the plating strictly on the interior of the of thefireplace and not on the front of the opening?

If you look at your replace, most have wood work ortile work around the replace, and then there is a two-inch black lip that goes around the replace opening.

Thats where part of the metal exterior is exposed.The plate will be screwed to that metal lip around theopening of the replace, and when youre ready toinstall a new system that plate simply unscrews andcomes off.

Q: If Im shopping for a fireplace, is there a code orsomething I should look for?

Your initial inquiry can be Can I install this freplaceinto a wall that didnt have one? Whatever system youchoose to install, it must be re rated.

Q: Would a ventless fireplace be the way to go rather

than vented?There are three states and an additional 24 counties,and most of Canada have already outlawed ventlessreplaces. In a ventless system, natural gas is beingcombusted and it does not require the use of achimney to vent the carbon monoxide. They are99.5% efcient and make very little exhaust when theywork. In order for a ventless system to work properly,it must be a very clean functional system. However,you could start getting spiders or cobwebs or differentthings inside your condo that could cause the ame to

not burn correctly. (Potpourri, incense or anythinggiving off a scent in the condo can be re-burnt inthe gas through the ame). These other contributingfactors can make the ame to burn not fully clean.

There is also a safety valve in the replace thamonitors carbon monoxide emissions. However, ifthe valve fails then your replace could begin ventingcarbon monoxide into the condo. This is why a lot of

states have already or are considering outlawing them.Q: Has the association chosen a brand of electric fireplace

they will approve of? Once installed, does it have tobe inspected?

Electric inserts are the safest replace you can install,as long as it is installed properly. There are a varietyof options; you can purchase one as inexpensive as$200 or you can spend as much as $1000. The moreexpensive units are usually larger and t in the openingof your old replace better.

The association is not limiting you as far as what brand

or style of electric replace you may purchase as longas it is a UL rated appliance.

It does have to be inspected if youre hard wiring thereplace into the unit (as opposed to plugging it intoan electric socket.). When you pull a permit to hardwire it into your unit, the Township is going to requirethat you have an electrician do that kind of work, andthen they will inspect it to make sure that it was donecorrectly. The association would then likely followup to ensure that the work was completed and that itpassed the township inspection.

Q: My fireplace was leaking into the firebox before itwas decommissioned; If I remove the fireplace, will Ihave a leak in the attic?

It depends on whether the leak was a result of thechimney cap being rusted out, or a leak from the roofitself (coming through the boards).

When we decommission a replace DA Mechanical isinstalling a cap under the chimney cap that preventsany water inltration from coming past the bafesinto the attic. Also, if were aware of a roof leak andare not sure where the leak is coming from, werehaving DA inspect the leak and do the repair if our

maintenance cant troubleshoot it.

Q: I am considering removing the entire fireplace. Is thestack supported off the insert? Does the stack have to come out as well? Also, if I pull both the chimneyand the stack, am I going to have to open up a lot ofdrywall? Is a complete tear out going to be part ofthe fireplace replacement form?

Were not requiring a major alteration request if youpull the replace out. You are going to have to cutinto the drywall about 4 wide and 5 tall. Once youpull the re box out, you can start untwisting and

pulling chimney sections out.

Joe reiterated that the chimney inspections done revealedso much that could have been a hazard had the replacebeen used. He said hes had several residents that hada disconnection in the chimney - an inch wide gap just3 above the rebox in the wall, and the only reason why the building didnt burn down was because theresident said, In 30 years of living here, I never got around

to lighting a re. Those are the types of hazards thatthese inspections revealed. He said that the process wasdenitely productive.

Q: The cost of decommissioning is being borne by theassociation, not the individual co-owner. What is thecost of decommission?

The base cost is $552, and then there is a small fee toinstall the cap under the old chimney cap to ensurewater doesnt leak in. The nal cost is about $570.

Q: Are permits being pulled for the individual decommissions? Is the association paying to pull

permits?The association is not paying to pull permits, but thetownship is fully aware of what were doing.

Q: Have all the fireplaces in the complex been inspected?There are a just a handful that have not been inspected;because of scheduling issues we havent been able togain access to their unit.

Q: I have not been notified that there is a problem withmy fireplace. Am I to assume everything is fine?

If you have not received a letter, most likely you arene. But if you have any doubts, see Joe and he will

review your chimney inspection with you.

Kathy said that the Board has reviewed the rough draft ofthe Fireplace Alteration Request Form and they will bemeeting with the Engineering Committee to modify itand revise it to make it simpler to understand.

Q: I am intending to get an electric fireplace and have ithard wired as you suggested. How would I go aboutpulling the permit?

First, go to the store of your choice and pick out thereplace you want. Then get a licensed installer toprofessionally install the unit. (The store where yourepurchasing the unit from will likely be able to refer youto an installer). Let the installer know that you requirethat they pull the permit, and the licensed installer willgo to the Township and pull the permit and take care

of it from there.

Q: If we have about 500 fireplaces on the property andabout 100 of them are being decommissioned, then we have 400 functioning fireplaces that are over 30 years old. Are we going to do anything on anongoing basis to check the safety of our fireplaces inthe future?

According to HLCAs Chimney Cleaning Policy, any

resident that has a replace that has an open chimneyis responsible to maintain it by having it cleaned andinspected annually. We are still keeping a record ofinspection receipts in the ofce.

With the inspections that we did on a property-widebasis, we did a round of cleaning of the entire property while checking the systems. Even so, the residentsare still responsible to have their chimney cleaned andinspected on an ongoing basis.

Most of the chimneys that were inspected by Dr. Flueand found to be in excellent condition were from non-

use. Using a replace inherently causes issues in thechimney, which is why it must be inspected annually.

Q: At one point we didnt know every unit that had a fireplace. Do we now know which units havefireplaces?

Yes. Were also accumulating data as to which unitsare gas vs. wood burning.

Q: We received a letter that our decommission is scheduledfor December 7th, but theres no time indicated on theletter?

Theyre decommissioning replaces on the same day

theyre installing heat shields around the hot stacksin the attic. Theyre typically starting at 9:30 a.m., sothey may start around that time, but may be nishinglater in the afternoon depending on how manydecommissions they have to do in the building thatday.

Resident Comment: Ive had my fireplace decommissioned,and the workers were very polite, they were clean andvery professional. They really did a wonderful job. Iexpected it to be a mess, but they did a fabulous job.

Kathy remarked that this has been a good discussion,

and the board and management will keep the residentsinformed as we move forward with the process. Sheasked if anyone had any suggestions or questions aboutthe replace alteration form. There were no questionsor suggestions offered by co-owners at this time.

Additional Comments

Terry McNally commented regarding the Pet Pails installedin his court. He noted that the wear-and-tear was visiblymore in some courts than in other and suggested that ithad to do with where in the bin the bucket is positionedand how the rubbage is being thrown into the receptacle.

Joe stated that the association has contracted again withSuperior Shine to clean out the gutters in the buildings,so over the course of the next few days co-ownersmay see them on their roof. Superior Shine has beeninstructed to notify residents that the work has beendone by leaving door hanger tags or yers.

Maureen Osiecki remarked how much she enjoyed theDecorating Party on November 19th and complimentedthe Clubhouse Committee for their decorating and theCommunity Social Committee for the activities theysponsored. She added that it takes a lot of volunteer work to put on this kind of event and their effort is very much appreciated. Michelle commented that forthis event she noted a 70% increase in participationthis year over last year. Every year its generating moreexcitement, and people are looking forward to eachevent.

Michelle thanked everyone for their attendance andparticipation admonished the co-owners saying, AsSteve Lone once told me, If you want to feel better about thedecisions being made, get involved. Stay informed.

Donna McNally commented that she is very happy withthe new lights that have been installed on her court. Shesaid it is much brighter and feels a lot safer.

2. The Maintenance Superintendant has requested the purchase of two items:

Mower to replace the 2006 Toro Mower. Four quotes were presented.

New Ford Pick-up with plow and light bar. The low bid was approximately $49,700. Thecommittee question why a GM product was not included and if a used vehicle would bea viable option.

3. In reference to the Vision Committees recommendation to power was certain visible buildings,two bids were presented to the Finance Committee. This is not a budgeted item and little supportwas generated.

4. The Treasurer, Tom Byrne, state he would try to provide the Finance Committee with reasonsand details of large expenditures prior to Board action. We would also be permitted to reviewquotes, bids, and contracts.

5. The Committee has agreed to change our regular meeting date to the Wednesday prior to themonthly board meetings

2. The Committee reviewed and discussed the bid pack for phase two of the roong project. Therewere no outstanding questions.

3. The Committee reviewed and discussed the proposed Fireplace Major Alteration Form as printedin the November Herald. The committee felt that the form was too lengthy and confusing andshould be revised.

4. There was a discussion about Silver Spring Drive. Since this is a Wayne County road the consensuswas that its maintenance, including plowing, is the responsibility of the county.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE BOARD: Approve the purchase of the F350 Truck from Signature Ford in the amount of $43,334 total with

tax.

It is recommended that the association not plow Silver Spring Drive.

1. The meeting began promptly at 7:00 P.M. We discussed the Pet Pail project and the continuingeffort to keep our grounds clean. Robert went to Park Place and inquired about their pet policy. It wasdiscovered that they have 10 buildings that allow dogs. The buildings are right above Silver Springs

Dr. They also have one common apparatus that holds plastic bags for securing pet waste on theirgrounds. We feel that we get a lot of pet trafc from that complex.

Replacing the plastic receptacles placed in the dumpsters with sturdier pails is costly and replacingthe current models with new when they are no longer effective is more affordable. Donna McNallybrought a yer which could be published to promote the pet pail use.

2. There is denitely a Pet Leash ordinance in effect in Northville. Not all residents comply with thatordinance.

3. Joe Poma sent out letters to certain residents who have children that were endangering themselvesby playing and/or riding bikes, skateboards, etc. in the courts to remind them that this was not a safepractice and it appears the letters have been effective.

4. It was mentioned that Northville Township may have a training program through the Departmentof Public Safety via First Responders for gathering information of what to do in the event of atornado or other emergency situations. That will be conrmed by Joel Lutz.

5. Residents are encouraged to have back patio lights illuminated at night. It is very dark in the backs ofour units and use of proper lighting would discourage any possible mischief.

6. Our next meeting will include cookies and beverages. Our group voted YES, to bring your signicantother to the December meeting to enjoy the treats.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE bOARD:

Publish the yer in the Herald promoting the use of the PET PAILS to keep the trash areas clean andprevent costs from going up.

SNowEmErgENciES/BlizzardS: More than 10 inches - Efforts will be focused on keeping main roads, trafc lanesand main sidewalks open to emergency trafc only. Once those elements are clear, work will begin on approach sidewalks

and courts. Maintenance will work up to 14 hours per day, until the roads, courts and walks are clear. Contractors may be

called in if necessary. The priority treatment of the handicapped list will be suspended during these events. Exceptions for

emergencies will be handled on a case basis.

ParkiNg SPacES: After the primary snow removal efforts are completed, maintenance will begin clearing parkingspaces if cars are out of the court. Management encourages Court Captains to facilitate the removal of cars and contact

the Clubhouse to advise when their court is clear and management will then contact maintenance to begin plowing theparking spaces within that court. If maintenance is ready to plow a court, the Association may also contact the court

captains to facilitate the movement of parked vehicles.

ovErallgoal:The Association shall have the sidewalks, courts (not parking spots), and roads, clear within 48 hours ofthe cessation of a snow event.

HazardouS coNditioNS: During the winter, the weather conditions favor the potential forslippery sidewalks, porches and roads. Please use due care and caution during this time

of the year and keep a supply of ice-melter, which is available at the Clubhouse, at

your home for your use.

Bridges are in the news. Her detractors claimed that Sarah Palin built a bridge to nowhere as Governorof Alaska, and Manny Maroon wants to build a bridge, but cant agree where it should go. Well, theyagree it should go between Detroit and Windsor but where should we put it?

We in Highland Lakes have a new bridge in the neighborhood. And it goes somewhere. And its apleasant walk to nd out where. The bridge is at the southeast corner of Sheldon and Seven Mile Road.It leads to the Sheldon Road Bennett Pathway a joint project founded by Wayne County, NorthvilleTownship, and the Rouge River Project.

The Basic purpose is to collect the rain water and reduce the runoff onto the roads and sewers. The

rain is gently drained into the soil. This doesnt sound like much, but you will have a peaceful, pleasantexperience as you walk along the pathway.

The path starts with an unusual looking material which allows the rain to lter through the soilbelow. There you will see the rst of a number of informational postings along the path. This signdescribes the pervious pavement you are walking upon. Next, the new 100 foot bridge takes you overJohnson Creek. This is a gold water creek that originates near Six Mile Road and Napier at the westernboundary of Wayne County then joins the Middle Rouge River as it comes out of the water tunnelunder the Northville Downs stable area.

Now, over the river and through the woods to the Living Wall we

go. The walls are constructed of blocks which stack and backaway from the path. They are hollowed out to allow plantingof various shrubs. Once again, the walls control runoff andlter the rain water into the soil. A few trails are being developed leading eastward to the Cass Benton area of Hines Park. Themain path continues south along Sheldon Road with moreinformational postings along the way. The postings tell ofsome of the weird shrubs in the Living Walls like creepingStrawberry Bush, Spiderwort, and Nodding Wild Onion.

Continuing up the path you will cross Verona Way then

come to Wildower Drive further south goes to Plymouth.Heading east along Wildower leads to a paved trail to theBennett Arboretum! An arboretum is a collection of trees andshrubs cultivated for scientic and educational purposes. The LivingWall and Pathway also t this denition. The postings along the way tell thestory. Future issues of the Herald will tell the story of the Bennett Arboretumand who J. Merle Bennett and Edward Hines were.

Dont let scientic and educational discourage you just takea stroll and enjoy in all seasons. You can park in the FarmersMarket lot kitty-corner from the bridge to somewhere.

I am 8 years old. Some of my little friends say there is no Santa Claus. Papa says,

If you see it in The Sun, its so. Please tell me the truth, is there a Santa Claus?

Virginia, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the scepticism of a sceptical age.

They do not believe except they see. They think that nothing can be which is not comprehensible by

their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be mens or childrens, are little. In this greatuniverse of ours, man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect as compared with the boundless world

about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion

exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how

dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus! It would be as dreary as if there were

no Virginias. There would be no childlike faith then, no poetry, no romance to make tolerable this

existence. We should have no enjoyment, except in sense and sight. The external light with which

childhood fills the world would be extinguished.

Not believe in Santa Claus! You might as well not believe in fairies. You might get your papa to

have men to watch in all the chimneys on Christmas Eve to catch Santa Claus, but even if youdid not see Santa Claus coming down, what would that prove? Nobody sees Santa Claus, but that

is no sign that there is no Santa Claus. The most real things in the world are those that neither

children nor men can see. Did you ever see fairies dancing on the lawn? Of course not, but thats

no proof that they are not there. Nobody can conceive or imagine all the wonders there are unseen

and unseeable in the world.

You tear apart the babys rattle and see

what makes the noise inside, but there is

a veil covering the unseen world which

not the strongest men, nor even the united

strength of all the strongest men that ever

lived could tear apart. Only faith, poetry,love, romance, can push aside that curtain

Hi Neighbors! In my October column, I promised more safety tips. This

column is geared to women in particular, although men can beneft also.

Safety tipS

When getting into your car in a parking lot or parking garage, be aware and look around youand into your car. If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door.

Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are tryingto get into their cars.

Look into the van and if you see a male sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want

to go back into the mall or work and get a guard / policeman to walk you back out. Its always

better to be safe than sorry. (And better to be paranoid than dead!)

Most women try to be sympathetic. Stop. The serial killer, Ted Bundy, was a good looking,

educated man. He always played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. Hed walk with

a cane or a limp and would ask for help into his vehicle. This was how he would abduct hisvictim.

If it is night and you think you hear a crying baby outside your home, call the police and do

not open the door. The perpetrator may have a recording of a crying baby and be using it to

lure you outside. The crying baby theory was mentioned on Americas Most Wanted when theyprofled a serial killer in Louisiana.

Its getting dark early now. Lets all remember to keep our porch and patio lights on. This is the

number one deterrent in discouraging crime. Take care of yourselves and one another. We have agreat community, and we can all work to keep it that way.
