Please note: Both the outdoor** and indoor* pools have a capacity limit for the health and safety of pool users and at busy times we are obliged to restrict entry. The outdoor pool is usually heated at Spring Bank Holiday and then again throughout July and August unless poor weather conditions prevail. The Oasis is open to the public and during busy times the indoor pool operates session times. Use of the �umes is restricted to competent swimmers and those over 1m in height. The indoor pool has a small admission charge; the outdoor pool is free to guests.

The biggest fun pools complex in the South West! A fantastic facility for the whole family whatever the weather and right here on the park. Just a short walk from your caravan or pitch and open from 10am every single day of your stay!

So much safe and splashy fun you’ll never want to get out of the indoor* pool. Three water flumes, the fast and furious high speed aqua whizz flume, the wet and wild 265ft super flume and the gentle fun slide, plus river rapids, a geyser, waterfall and fountains, you can’t get any wetter. For those who prefer not to get wet there are lots of loungers and deckchairs to relax on whilst the family enjoy themselves!

Indoors or out, rain or shine… the outdoor** pool is a super place to cool off when it’s hot, to sunbathe or just relax with family and friends. A FUN-FILLED ADVENTUREEVERY SINGLE DAY

Your kids will love every day at Hendra starting with a land-train ride around the park with either Henry or Henrietta, our friendly hippos. The soft play area is open all day and is a must for tiny tots and there are activities for the under 6’s too, with face painting, craft activities and loads of fun, not forgetting the evening party dances with one of the hippos.

There are daily events and activities too, ideal for burning all that holiday energy! The whole family can get involved with so much to engage all ages, with talent competitions, family games and lots of toe-tapping, singing, dancing and running around! Football matches, swimming galas and water polo, volleyball, treasure hunts, quizzes and fancy dress are all organised daily by the energetic Hendra entertainment team PLUS… kids can bring their skateboard or scooter for the Skate & Scooter Park… awesome!

There’s loads of stuff for young adults, with the Oasis Fun Pools and the Coffee Express Café being great places to chill out and meet new friends. There are Segway tours, archery and scuba diving available on the park and off-site there are surf lessons, sea fishing trips, kite surfing, abseiling and coasteering to experience!

The grown-ups are not left out either. If all that running about with the kids isn’t enough, try out the outdoor fitness equipment or take a walk, jog or cycle around the park or its surrounding leafy lanes.

The Coffee Express Café offers a great selection of pastries, savoury snacks and cakes for those who prefer a lighter bite and the choice of an excellent selection of quality coffee, tea, frappe, smoothie or other drinks. An ideal place to meet up with family and friends or after a swim in the Oasis Pools.

Mario’s Pizzeria is the place for great food, to eat in or take away. Its location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with its tree-lined terrace, offers a quieter ambience. A well-stocked bar provides an ideal opportunity to tuck into a freshly prepared and cooked pizza with a local beer or cider!

Fish and Chip Shop - there’s nothing like fish and chips especially on a seaside holiday and at Hendra we have our own traditional award-winning fish and chip takeaway... everyone’s favourite! Open daily it’s located next to Mario’s and shares the sheltered terrace outside for ‘al fresco’ dining. Award-winning facilities… and acres of space across twelve fields. Whether you love being close to the action or in a more tranquil location, there’s a pitch to suit you!

Superb pitches… with terracing, good drainage and a choice of electric hook-up, serviced and hard-standing options. There are excellent toilets and showers, proper roads, extra parking spaces, good lighting, water, waste, and recycling points throughout the landscaped park and family-friendly car-free fields too. Everything you would expect from a top, 5 AA Pennant rated park!

Four-legged campers will enjoy their stay too, with a dog-walking area and specific pitches for pet owners! There are acres of countryside to explore, and many beaches welcome dogs too!*

Go glamping... in one of our lovely Hendra Pods which are located in one of the parks most tranquil spaces, the green and tree-lined Trevilley. A Pod is a great camping experience replacing the canvas tent; you just need to bring everything else! All the Pods are equipped with electric sockets, lighting and a heater. Each has one or two windows, depending on the size, and a glazed door. Outside, all of them have a table, chairs and a parasol, a decked area, and a lockable storage box containing a coolbox, plus ice packs which you can exchange for free at the on-site supermarket. The ‘Couple’s Pod is perfect for two adults and comes with a double futon on which to place your sleeping bags. The Family Pod is great for two adults and one or two children†. These pods are empty of furniture so you can maximise the available space for sleeping.†Please be aware that Family Pods are 4m wide by 2.4m deep, and may not be large enough for families with teenage children

*We welcome most breeds of dog at Hendra but don’t forget to include them on your booking form, as the pitches where we allow dogs are limited. We provide a dog walking area on the park and there are miles of lovely countryside for daily walkies with your pet! Our luxury holiday homes offer superb home-from-home comfort with space and flexibility whether you are a couple or a family of eight! We offer a wide range from budget to premium, all fitted to a high standard and equipped with everything you need, including microwave, crockery, glassware, cutlery, utensils, pans, ovenware and bedding. You just need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels etc, or linen can be hired. Our caravans are set in acres of landscaped parkland, some with car parking adjacent and some in car-free fields with car parking close by. You can find a caravan close to the park centre and all the action or tucked away in a quieter area. Just give our friendly booking team a call and they can advise on the best choices for your perfect holiday!

We believe we have the best and the ‘youngest’ holiday caravans available anywhere! Check out the specifications in the chart on page 16 and you will see that all of our caravans, whether budget or premium, are of an exceptionally high standard.

A holiday for everyone including the dog! Some of our Crantock caravans are reserved especially for guests who like to bring their four-legged family members too. These caravans have vinyl flooring throughout, a pet bed, bowl and outside tether.

GREEN,GREENER, GREENEST

Looking after our environment is as important as looking after our guests so we are proud of achieving many ‘green’ environmental accolades including a Gold Bellamy Award, the Britain in Bloom Commercial Award from the Royal Horticultural Society, runner up in the RHS Environmental Responsibility Awards, a Sustainable Tourism Award and more recently, ‘Best Large Business’ in Cornwall’s Sustainable Business awards (including Winner of Winners).

Our biggest achievement was building and completing the SunPower Meadow, a ten acre 1.5MW solar farm which provides up to 70% of Hendra’s own power needs – the equivalent of 325 domestic homes! Since then we have also installed a Biomass Boiler which uses woodchips from a sustainable source to heat the water for the Oasis Pools in a very efficient and energy-saving process. To date we have also implemented 24 environmental initiatives that together save hundreds of tonnes of CO2 annually. As well as recycling facilities we have put in place measures to reduce light pollution and save water and energy. You can even charge your electric vehicle at Hendra for free. We also provide car-free, family-friendly camping fields, easy access to public transport and bicycle hire! For more information about our commitment to the environment, please see our website.

Making sure all of our guests enjoy their stay here is very important so most facilities including the Oasis Fun Pools and shower facilities for touring guests have access for the less able and for wheelchair users.
