Set in forty acres of parkland overlooking miles of stunningcoastline from Bude to Trevose Lighthouse, and rolling countrysideinland, we are just one and three quarter miles from the mainsandy surfing beaches of Bude and only a gentle stroll away fromthe picturesque village of Poughill (pronounced Poffle), with itschurch and village pub.

Here atWooda Farm you will find everything to make a perfectCornish holiday, with many activities on offer making it ideal forthe whole family. You will find plenty of colourful flowerbeds, wellkept lawns and peace and quiet - time to relax, unwind and enjoy!

Holiday Homes

We have a variety of fifty five luxury holiday caravanssituated within the Park.All the holiday caravans are setin lovely landscaped gardens and have adjacent parking

facilities. Most have excellent sea views over Bude Bay andcountryside, with plenty of space for young children to play safely.

All our holiday caravans are designed and fitted for your pleasureand convenience.They are pet free and non-smoking, and haveeither two bedrooms (sleeps up to 5) or three bedrooms (sleepsup to 6). Each home has a fully fitted kitchen, gas cooker and hob,refrigerator, bathroom (some with a separateWC to showerroom), television with freeview, heating, a comfortablelounge/dining area and patio furniture.

Top of the range models offer a 26” LCDTV with DVD player,CD/Radio/IPod player and hairdryer.Wi-Fi can be accessed from allof our holiday caravans. Pillows, duvets and blankets are provided butyou will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet coversand towels. The views from the holiday caravans are outstanding,providing a backdrop of spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.

The pitches at Wooda are mostly level, closely mown and verygenerous in size, many with electrical hook-ups. In addition, wehave individually screened hardstanding pitches with drainage and

electric/water hook-ups, some also offering a TV point. Most haveexcellent views of Bude bay and countryside.

We have modern toilet and shower blocks (one heated), all with freehot water, showers and hairdryers.One toilet block offers facilities forthe disabled and another has a well equipped children's bathroom andbaby changing facilities, and a wetsuit washing point. There are alsoprivate family bathrooms available for hire for a small charge.

We have covered dishwashing areas, two coin operated laundries andthe facility to freeze your own icepacks. Close by are the Park’spayphone, post box and shop.We offer caravan storage throughout theyear. You can leave your touring caravan in storage for the summer, orall year round,with the added benefit of undercover storage if required.

Cottages

We also offer two idyllic cottages for rent all year round.Tregea and Brambles both have their own privategardens and parking area and each has an exceptional

panoramic view of the Cornish coast.They are fully equipped witha fully fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,tumble dryer, microwave, CD/Radio/IPod player, television withfreeview and DVD player and hairdryer. Patio tables and chairs areprovided, along with bed linen.

Both bungalows are centrally heated during the winter months.Tregea sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a separate diningroom and lounge. Brambles sleeps 7 with 4 bedrooms, one ofwhich is en-suite, bathroom, lounge and kitchen diner. Tregea andBrambles make an ideal setting for your Cornish holiday, whetherit is walking the coastal path, cycling, surfing or just relaxing.

Our on-site shop provides a wide range of popular groceriesincluding fresh bread, newspapers, books, postcards andsouvenirs.We have a variety of beers and wines and offer

an icepack service too. Freezers are available in the parks coin-operated launderettes if you wish to re-freeze your own ice packs.We also have two recycling points onsite, so don’t forget to recycleyour glass, plastic, paper and cardboard!

Our Courtyard Bar, which used to be the farm’s milking parlour,provides excellent home cooked cuisine or just come and relaxwith a drink in the peaceful courtyard setting (open May –September). If you prefer, take-away meals can be enjoyed in yourown accommodation fromThe Lodge. Play pool or table tennis inour TV and games room, or unwind in our orchard gardensoverlooking the Bush valley.A good selection of caravan andcamping accessories are available at North Coast Caravans, basedhere atWooda. Take a walk down the farm lane; enjoy a variety of wild flowersin the hedgerows and take in the stunning views across thevalley and beyond. Here you can meet Candy, Chocolate and

Buttons, our goats, chickens and our friendly lambs. Stroll down thewoodland walk (great for birdwatchers), and spot the ‘little folk’! Tryyour hand at tennis, badminton, archery* or clay pigeon shooting* orsimply while away your time fishing beside the lake.

Tractor and trailer rides* are a great favourite, while Mums and Dadscan test their skill on the nine hole short golf course (Equipment isavailable at reception - no use of own clubs).The play area willentertain children of all ages. Here you will find Daisy the cow,Corky the cockerel, andTrevor the tractor, an adventure playgroundand a spacious area for ball games.

Booking Conditions

Park Rules� Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times,

especially when using the parks facilities.� We ask everyone to respect other visitors on the park and keep noise levels

down between 10.30pm and 7.00am.� Skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted. Bicycles may be

ridden on the park if used in a safe manner. Please do not ride bicycles aroundthe busy areas of the Reception and Shop.

� Dogs are welcome on the park, but for obvious reasons of health and hygiene,accidental fouling must be cleared up immediately.Anyone not doing so will beasked to leave the park. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and never leftunattended. Dogs are not allowed in our accommodation.

� Vehicles – only one vehicle is permitted per touring pitch and two percaravan/cottage.Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated areas.Commercial vehicles are not accepted onsite.

� Ball games must not be played in the vicinity of any accommodation, caravan,motorhome or tent.

Premier Screened Pitches (10m x 11m)Large hardstanding, individually screened pitch with watertap and connection, waste water point and electricalconnection (16amp), some with TV Ariel point. Earlybooking is essential. Between 17th July – 1st September,arrival and departure days must be either Fri/Sat/Sun.

Electric Hook-Ups (10m x 10m)Grass pitch with electric hook-up. Connection uses theEuropean 16 amp plug system, with 16 amp maximumoutput (BS4343 connectors).

Care of PitchesIf a breathable groundsheet is not used, please lift everyother day to avoid damaging the grass. Bookings for morethan 14 days must be on hardstanding pitches.

DogsDogs must be kept on a lead (not exceeding 2 metres) atall times and exercised in the designated areas. They mustnot be left unattended at any time. We have a restrictionon certain breeds of dog – please refer to the bookingconditions below.

Why bother with towing?Storing your caravan with us makes sense. Whilst not in use,your caravan is parked in the secure storage area. (Note:caravans are parked and stored at owners risk, and must beinsured for public liability)

Touring and Camping Reservations Your pitch will not be available until noon on thebooked day of arrival and must be vacated by10.30am on the day of departure. We reserve theright to re-let pitches if not claimed by 6pm unlessprior arrangements have been made with us.BookingsWe require a £50 deposit per week to secure yourbooking. Provisional bookings made by telephone will becancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with adeposit. If your dates have been booked by the time wereceive your confirmation we will refund your deposit. Weaccept no responsibility for mistakes made when bookingand paying a deposit over the telephone so please makesure you check your confirmation carefully once received.Number in PartyWe allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. Ifparties are larger, then two pitches must be booked.

We do not allow tents over 8 square metres on onepitch. Tents exceeding this size will require twopitches. No all male, all female, mixed or largegroups are permitted. Families and couples only.Alteration to BookingsOnce your booking has been confirmed, any change,however small, will incur a £5 administration charge.Amendments to your booking are unable to bemade upon your arrival.BalanceTouring and camping balances are payable on arrival.Failure to arrive will result in you being liable forpayment of the full balance. No refund will be givenagainst reduction of dates booked or early departure.RequestsWe will try to honour your request but we areunable to guarantee allocation of specific pitches.Dogs

If a confirmedbooking is cancelled less than 7 days before the date ofarrival and we are unable to re-let the pitch, you may beliable to pay the outstanding balance. The deposit paid is

non-refundable. We regret the weather conditions arebeyond our control and cannot refund any monies if youcancel your booking due to the weather.VehiclesOne vehicle is permitted per pitch. Additional vehicles arerequired to be parked in the designated areas and will becharged for. We do not accept commercial vehicles onsite.General ConditionsThe company and its employees accept no liability for anyaccident, injury, loss or damage to any persons orproperty occupying or using any part of the park, howevercaused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions orpark rules may, at the discretion of the management, beasked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causingoffence to other guests at the park may, at the discretionof the management, be asked to leave. No refund will begiven.The decision of Wooda Farm Holiday Park on allthe above will be final. Park Rules can be seen on page 13.

Bude

Bude is North Cornwall’s premier resort with breathtakingcoastal scenery and its rugged coastline very popular withwalkers. Clean, sandy beaches such as Widemouth Bay,

Sandymouth, Summerleaze and Crooklets (“Britain’s Bondi”) are alljust a few minutes away. The “Splash” indoor leisure pool is closeby and ideal for early or late season. The towpath on the historicBude Canal provides an easy scenic walk and a cycle track on theother side of the valley provides an alternative return route.

Bude is very near the border with Devon so is within easyreach of Dartmoor and the unique village of Clovelly. Alsowithin a short drive is the world famous Eden Project, and

the pretty fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac while a littlefurther down the coast, Padstow is the largest of the north coastharbours. Closer still are numerous other villages worth a visit,such as Morwenstow - the location of the National Trust’s smallestproperty - Hawker’s Hut!

DirectionsFrom the M5 at Exeter, take the A30 towards Okehampton. Just pastOkehampton at the top of a long hill, take the slip road signposted to Bude and follow signs to the A3072. On reaching a T-junctionwith the A39 at Stratton, turn right and follow the A39 for 100 metres then turn left. After one mile, there is a crossroads near thevillage of Poughill (pronounced ‘Poffle’), carry straight on and Wooda Farm Holiday Park is 100 metres further on, on the right.

Alternatively, leave the M5 at Junction 27 and follow the North Devon Link Road to Barnstaple and Bideford. On the A39, pass throughKilkhampton and after four miles take the next right. Drive for one mile past crossroads and Wooda Farm Holiday Park is 100 metresfurther on, on the right.
