NO TOUCH1 and NO TOUCH2 patented security systems for automatic closings provide a degree of protection unattainable by any other security system on the market.

In effect the exclusive feature of the systems NO TOUCH is to completely avoid physical contact with any obstacle on the edge of the automatic closing, thereby preventing the impact.

NO TOUCH 2 is used as a security device in automations such as overhead gates and so on. It allows the control of the lively area very effective and prevents a direct contact with moving parts.Thanks to its technology, its action begins before the obstacle phisically touches the body of the automation. It is available the one-ray version and the three-rays version, generally used for the garage doors. The three rays control the three exposed sides of the tilting door. This device has also a TEST input that allows, in case the control unit of the motor has not securities TEST, to control the connection between NO TOUCH 2 and the motor control unit.

• 3 RAYS NO TOUCH 2:Infrared rays security system in compliance to UNI EN 12978 rules, suitable for tilting doors. By using the infrared ray positioned external to the perimeter of the door, prevents the contact with a possible obstacle during closing. Maximum range 6 m, it ensures maximum safety both in the bottom edge and as well on the sides where there are risks of shearing.

• 1 RAY NO TOUCH 2:Infrared rays security system in compliance to UNI EN 12978 rules, suitable for swing gates. NO TOUCH 1In the sectional doors and roller shutters the mechanical sensitive edges are safety devices more used to comply with the requirements of EN12453, ie absorb the impact force by reducing it by more than 400N to 150N within 0.75 seconds, after which the door should stop at a maximum time of 4 seconds, bringing the force less than 25N.

CRT86 system is used to controle securities (mechanic sensible ribs, etc.) and allows the connection, without using cables between the security device installed, for example, on the moving side of the gate and the control board of the motor used to controle the securities. Order confirmationThe contract of sale shall be considered valid as soon as the Order Confirmation is received.Should the ordered goods be immediately available, the issue of the relevant invoice will completely replace such Order Confirmation.

CarriageThe delivery term shall be EX WORKS Monza (Italy) (Incoterms 2000 CCI) and unless otherwiseby Buyer, its shipping will be carried out by means of a carrier operating with FERPORT Electronic Sas. The relevant freight shall be debited into the invoice.

Delivery dateThe delivery date indicated on the Order Confirmation shall be condidered purely as estimated; in case of delay with date, FERPORT Electronic Sas will not be liable for any kind of damage. In order to quickly meet the Buyer’s requirements, FERPORT Electronic Sas reserves to split the orde fi lling. In the case, each shipment shall be separately invoiced according to the terms and conditions agreed for whole order. FERPORT Electronic Sas shall not be liable for any partial execution of an order and any lack of items does not allow he Buyer to carry out any payment deduction or stoppage.

Claims and returnsNo Buyer’s claim shall be accepted after eight days from the delivery of the goods.Goods return, if any, shall not be accepted - regardless of the reasons - without the previous authorization.

Payement conditionsFERPORT Electronic Sas shall reserve the right to debit the interests on arrear at the commercial rate as for the Buyer’s due amount, which have not been paid whiting the agreed time.FERPORT Electronic Sas reserve the right to stop further deliveries of goods, should any payement irregularity or delay occour. It is agreed that the goods delivered remain FERPORT Electronic Sas proprerty until FERPORT Electronic Sas has received payment in full.

WarrantyFERPORT Electronic Sas warrantyes the goods supplied during the twentyfour months after the date of manufacturing.Warranty covers the free repair or replacement of the defective goods due to a bad manufacturing, according to FERPORT Electronic Sas final decision. The goods under warranty shall be sent DDP (Incoterms 2000 CCI) to FERPORT Electronic Sas and they shall be sent back EX-WORKS (Incoterms 2000 CCI) to the Buyer. The replaced material shall be of FERPORT Electronic Sas own. The Buyer shall pay the labour costs. The Buyer shall not be entitled in any compensation for any plant outage. The repair/replacement time shall not extend the warranty period. It is understood that the warranty shall depend on the specifications of the products, being duly shown into their operating manuals.

Warranty does not cover as followsAny carriage damage or average: any damage caused by any electric plant failures o negligence, a different use of the system as to its original purpose and any improper use as well.Any damage caused by a staff’s tampering or any use non-original spare parts.Any defect caused by chemical agents or atmospheric phenomenon.Any consumption material.Any call for supposed failures or convenient surveys.

Applicable law and competent courtAs the contract of sale is executed by means of the Order Confirmation drawn up in Monza (Italy), the Court Monza shall be the place of jurisdiction for any dispute which will settled to according to the Italian laws.

Unless otherwise agreed (in writing), these sale conditions shall be applied to each FERPORT Electronic Sas contract of sale. Submitting an order will imply the completely acceptance of such conditions.
