DEADLINES We require orders to be placed by 3pm, 1 business day prior to your event day. Orders for Sunday or Monday delivery or pick-up must be placed 3pm on Friday.

FEES An 8% service charge applies to all delivery orders. Driver gratuity may be added in advance or at the time of delivery.

All food items are served in disposable containers (foil dishes & plastic platters/bowls). Plastic serving utensils are provided at no charge. Additional items may be purchased, such as paper plates & napkins/cutlery, $1 each & chafing kits, $22 each.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS A credit card is required for billing when order is placed and will be charged on the day of the pick-up/delivery. To pay on terms, with check or another form of payment, you must be a pre-approved client. Contact us via email for further details.

MINIMUM ORDER We offer delivery within our approved zones with a minimum $200 order subtotal (before service charge and tax). A $25 delivery fee is applied to all orders that do not meet the minimum; delivery must still be within approved zones.

PICKUP Orders may be picked-up during normal operational hours at Purple Café in Bellevue.

CANCELLATION Once order is confirmed, changes or cancellations require advance notice directly to the Catering Department: Orders for delivery or pick-up Tuesday through Saturday require at least 24 hours notice. Orders for delivery or pick-up on Sunday or Monday must be cancelled by 3:00pm on the Friday-prior. Cancellations without the required advance notice are subject to a minimum fee of 50% of the total order.
